  1. I like Winter. XCountry skiing yesterday and Thursday our weekly Indoor match. 70 degrees and exhaust fans for the somke. RO's shoot first and I do most of my ROing sitting in a chair with a cup of coffee. Life is good.

  2. Yeah, yeah, that was my first marriage. The language was close and the atitude was perfect. And, from my perspective now 30 some odd years later, I think they got the time frame just about right.

  3. "Nice jacket, nice boots. You need gloves. I used to wear Alpinestars GP gloves. You can't bandage your legs if you can't use your hands.

Seriously, I've down at over 120. You get used to them pretty quick if you normally don't wear them"

You're absolutely right. The gloves I have are great for my normal rides, but that Picture was taken after I'd been on the bike for eight hours and my hands started going to sleep. I need to get some new gloves that'll be comfortable all day long.

  4. I shot 180 gr Berry plated bullets (172PF) in my stock G35 bbl for a couple of years before I developed a Yawing problem. I tried everything to correct the problem (I even cleaned the gun) but finally went to a Lone Wolf bbl and haven't had any trouble since. When the yawing problem first reared it's head, several people said, "You always see that with Major power, plated bullets in a Glock". They said it as though it were common knowledge, but I have never seen anything in print about the Major/Plated/Glock problem. Anyone else heard of this?

We appreciate everything you've done for the sport and you deserve the time off. I'm taking the the CRO course in Feb. and I'll try to partially make up for your absence.

    Have some fun.

The Sierra Celebration is a great way to waste an afternoon. Our local brewer, Bell's, makes it's Winter White Ale that's awful good. This time of year they also start brewing Double Cream Stout and Expedition Stout if you've only got time for one or two.

  7. Great choices. Some of my favorites have been mentioned; Inside Man, Body Heat and Wild Things. At our house we call this Genre "The Smartest Person Wins". Another on this list is The Last Seduction with Linda Fiorentino as an Amoral herione who will do anything to get ahead. Fascinatiing to see what she'll do next.

  8. It may not be my favorite of all time, but due to my short attention span, I'm going with the most recent movie I've seen. The latest Borne movie. The penultimate shot from under Borne, under water. The way it connects with the first shot of the first movie is very satisfying and gives a completeness to the trilogy.
