Thanks for the replies everyone - I've fired over 10k rounds of factory ammo through this one so it's the reloads - the reloads did the same thing to all my other AR's as well. Any suggestions on resizing dies or are the stock Dillon Dies sufficient?

Well that's it - I'm getting stuck rounds in my AR. Using regular dillon Carbide dies on a dillon 650, have 1 slot open was wondering what resizing dies I should be using? Rounds won't fully chamber and will get stuck, have to pry it open with a freakin' crowbar to get the bolt to eject the round damn near! Thanks for any help everyone, you guys are great!

thanks t99m - yeah it's the same rim as 44 mag, I am about to get a 50ae upper to go with my DE so figure it's time to start loading it, all i have is a dillon 650 though.

Hey there, I was wondering if I can load 50AE on a Dillon 650? I'm pretty sure that the case feeder wouldn't work so I'd have to just feed manually which is fine, but I don't see anything on shellplates etc that I would need to do a caliber conversion, just wanted to know what all to purchase to do caliber conversion for 44mag and 50AE Thanks!

I'm having issues with my dillon 650 - i've taken it apart loosened tightened tweaked adjusted and tried to tinker and figure it out but for the life of me i can't. i keep getting messed up primer feeding, the primer push pin and plate don't line up all the time correctly to the shell pplate. if i give the shell plate opposing force while its cycling then the shell plate and case lines up fine and primer seats fine but wtf?! i shouldn't have to manually force the shellplate into position every time i pull the handle.

yes sorry about that, lube die for progressive press to lube the cases. just wondering if anyone has used them and how well they worked. thanks all

Was curious how much do used dillon 1050's usually sell for? Say couple years old still in good condition or something like that?

So the non super not so good for rifle caliber?

What are the major differences in the 2? I was told that the older had a better shorter stroke than the new super rl1050, any truth to this. Also anything wrong with getting an older 1050 model besides the fact it wouldn't have a warranty? thanks

Im about to order some primers and was looking - they have listed small pistol, small rifle, lg pstl, lg rfl .... will small pistol work for rifle vice versa? Or what would you guys suggest for 223 40s&w 45acp and 9mm
