I also wear custom molded ear plugs that are around 30 to 33 NRR.
Giving me around a NRR of 63 to 66.

DeNiro-Pacino just to see them act against/with each other is great two of the greatest of all time working side by side. Even if you may not like the movie have to respect them as actors and there historic carears.
Thought it was pretty good, good enough to pay the evening price......nice twist.
+1 on getting there early enough to see the opening credits.

I have decied to keep as much as my brass as I could.
That being...here is the brass striper/marker I made.
Items are
White cutting board
Paint stiring stick
2 clamps
2 Marks-A-Lot markers.
Total price around 4.00 just a guess as most of the stuff was in the house, just had to dig a little.
Set this up in a "V" like setting so I could put the case in and twist.
From the pics you can see how much of the case gets covered--almost half.
Those of us that have OCD you should like the nice very neat and clean ring around the case.

Sorry I forgot to mention I cut the tip of the markers with a razor blade to get them to sit more even on the case when in the V.

The following information is an exact summary of HB-68. It's under debate in the Louisiana House Criminal Justice Committee: Proposed law provides that on or after Jan. 1, 2009, assault weapons are banned in the state of La. and no person shall: Defines assault weapons as pistols accepting a detachable magazine at any location outside of the pistol grip, a semi-auto rifle or pistol with a magazine that can accept more than 10 rounds, any shotgun capable of accepting a detachable magazine, any semi-auto rifle or pistol (or pump rifle) capable of accepting a detachable magazine and that has a muzzle break or barrel shroud or barrel grip or that (if a rifle) has a pistol grip, or modified stock with thumbhole grip and that (if a pistol) has a shoulder stock. Bans, after Jan. 1, 2009, possession, sale and manufacture, including conversion kits and large capacity magazines. Requires registration and licensing for assault weapons possessed prior to Jan. 1, 2009. Provides for possession, use and storage requirements for licensed assault weapons, licensing fees, use of such fees and penalties for violation.
I dont Live in Louisiana but i have freinds that do and I bet, a few shooters on here live there or have friends that live there.

I use a Valmet 412st. Now known as Tikka 512s. I looked at browning & bereta but didnt like the feel, length, weight. This is all personal feel.
Thankfully i shoot with friends that have all that have been mentioned so far. The one i did the best with from the start & felt the best (for me) was the Valmet.
Nothing wrong with the Br or Be just didnt "feel" right to me.
If your gonna go trap shooting, make some friends and see if they will let you try what they are shooting for one round. Use your ammo and i dont think thay will say no.

PS word on ammo. I went to the local walmart tuesday and they were selling a box of 25 for 5.99 or 100 for 21.88. The cheapest I have found lately.
Like always buy it now, cuz the price or stock wont last.

As always once you switch to something different, the stuff you wanted before is now alowed.

There are pockets all around the cart for just about eveything you could need for a 3 gun or just taking everything you need to the range.
All alluminuim, light plastic wheels, folds up into a very small carry case. (not included).
Wheels come off a at a puch of a button.
I'm very happy a friends of a friend couldnt use this.

I'm looking at getting one of these. I'd like to be able to take it out of my car, unfold it, strap my long guns to it and dump my shooting bag on it and go. But it's not clear to me how big the middle of the cart is and therefore it it would accomodate my bag is an I-shot that measures 18" (L) x 8.5" (W) x 10" (H).
Curious about what people think in general of this thing that own one, also curious about how much it weighs and about how big it is when folded up.

The lower shelf is 12wx15Lx12h in the middle.
The middle or main area is 14w x 15h x 27L
By using the cover for the top slightly pulled out i get a top shelf of 8L x 14w x how ever high.
A good friend recomended one and I like it a lot and am glad I got it.
I also got the Stearn mad dog ATV clamps for the rifles on the sides.
It has a hand break, foot locking parking break. Extremely light weight. Holds my heavy gear with no trouble.

Actually a before and after would be cool. The one you had in the old house compaired to the new one.

I have 2 golden rods in my Ft Knox that is 29 by 72.
I have one hanging on each side down between the guns.
I used the one that came with the safe and it didnt work as good and quit working after a few days

I load this round on my 550, Brass right now is only once fired no virgin brass...yet.
I load up some subsoinc, and normal rounds.
I have a ps90, the fiveseven pistol, and the 5.7 upper for my AR.
The powder i use and works great is Ramshot true blue.
