I came in looking for advise and I think it would be foolish not to take that advise. Production it is. My stock 35 is gtg in that class right?

What ever... I can see how this eats up cash like crazy. I need this, I need that, blah blah blah. Its super adicting, and i have not even played yet. Ill just go shoot my 35 and see how it goes. Ill go shoot it with my serpa holster. Just need some mag pouches now. DaFUnk

Yeah, I can see that. Like my 24 I would mod out. I have to strap my 35 on to go to work, so its a different deal. Maby Ill just look into getting a non comped barrel for the 24 and mod it out DaFunk

I shoot factory ammo only. My gun will flip no matter what. All my guns are used as tools first, thus cutting down on the mods which can be added. Maby ill just try production and see how it goes. I was just exited about first off the scores being more, and second off, less people shooting that division where I shoot. I know that I am only competeing against those in my division, but as far as time is concerned if I shoot L10, Ill be able to see who shot what times in production and at least gauge my times DaFUnk

Ok, so I just watched my first match tonight and will be heading of to shoot my first match in a few weeks. I am not a gun gamer at this point in my life, but see this sport as a way of polishing skills. I have a 24c, a 35, a 22c, and a 23. I want to shoot my 24c but was told that Ill have to shoot with the guys with the full race guns. If I shoot my 35 then I can run production, or limited ten or even limited correct? If Im following this then my best place to start is in L-10? More points for non a hits than production and the same ten rounds so I can at least gauge my speed with the production guys? My 35 is all stock. DaFunk

I called like twenty gun stores in Las Vegas to find mine. Just sitting on a shelf at a police supply place. Most of my conversations went like this... "Hello Im looking for a Glock 24C" "Hold on" "What are you looking for again?" "A Glock 24C" "There is no such gun" "Yes there is, its the long slide" "You mean a 34!" "No I mean a 24C" "There is no such gun, I know all the Glock models and there is no 24!" "Thanks" *hangs up* I need to move somewhere that the gunstore people know more than me, I just get easily frustrated. DaFUnk

Does anyone know? If I get the above sights, will the front sight end up to small? Is that the issue?

It was the only one that I could find in the vally bill. Looked high and low... nover could find one. Got an ok deal I think on a new in box. I dont shoot competition, use my pistols for home defense and work at a place where carrying a firearm is a must. You should have seen the looks I got at the range, taking headshots from the 50 yard line =) People were like WTF?? I think Im going to put Ameriglo Defoor tactical sights on all my glocks. They are inexpensive and have the same .115/.150 ratio as sevigneys but are shorter both front and rear. Keep the opinions comeing. Im still stoked. Its just one of those guns that makes you think, yeah I could hit that. Very confidence inspireing DaFUnk

I think Im going to add a magwell (any suggestions? Would prefer aluminum in black) and new sights. Thats it. Someday I hope to work at my range and will carry both my 24C (strongside) and my 35 with my lonewolf ported barrel (weakside) for offhand draws and drills. Both will eventually end up the same, just one a bit smaller than the other. DaFUnk

Man oh man is she sweet! I have a 23, 22C, and a 35 and have had for some time now... Nothing, I mean nothing that I have EVER shot has responded to my inputs the way this gun has. Even during fast strings of fire its just point and shoot. Was making headshots on a B27 target at the 50 yard line with over 80% accuracy. And Im not even good. Compaired to most on here I'm slower than slow and sloppy as can be, but this baby even makes me look good. Anyone else have the same experience? DaFunk

Now were talking... those defoor tactical sights look like the ticket for me. What model are the sights on in the photo? Look good. Im going to get some of these and check them out. Thanks for the relpys DaFUnk
