Call and hit the prompt for technical support. Misty has been very helpful.

Did you remember to smear a small amount of heavy grease on the bottom of the brass shuttle--it eliminates excess movement for better transfer alignment.?

I just measured 4 different RL 1050 shellplates --all four measure .2000 +/-" across the same measuring surface. It appears the extra thickness is on the top surface with an additional scallop --thus no change in the resize depth. The extra thickness would be helpful to avoid shellplate flex during the station 3 primer pocket swage. It would also mean they are compatibie with earlier production rl 1050/ Super 1050 machines.. This may have been part of the increased rigidity Dillon alluded to the 1100/2000 series which we normally think refers only to the frame.

Had one for over a year.
Showed up and most of the 3D printed parts were broken.
Sent it back but never got the electrical plug back. No way to power it. No reply on emails in over a year.
Case feeder and motor seemed well made.
3D printing was shoddy.
Customer service was good at first but then non existent.
Are you referring to the Hornady casefeeder? , the new variable Mk 7 casefeeder, or the $1300 MA Mk7 casefeeder?

does it make more noise than the polymer ( Dillon or Hornady ) casefeeder ?

Revolution guys----feedback please. Thx

Same here. I haven't noticed any difference in super shiny brass verses brass that has only been wet tumbled, but to each their own. I ALWAYS use One Shot on my clean brass. It makes the press run so much smoother and doesn't hardly take any additional time.
I'm not super familiar with the swaging process. If I were to wet tumble my brass without decaping the old primers, would swaging scrape out all the residue that's left behind in the primer pockets after they've been decaped? I'm looking to upgrade my press to a Apex 10 - which has a swaging station - so if I can get away with eliminating a step of the reloading process, then all the better.
Primer pocket swaging is not intended to remove carbon and has little effect on the primer pocket carbon. The swaging station will have a small amount of PP carbon particles that can "flake off"

"Dedicated" meaning the RL1050 only processes brass?
Correct--I have 2 RL 1050's set up to process pistol and rifle brass. Both machines are Mark 7 automated and run at 1200-1500 rph--clutch set at 1, decap sensor " ON "

How dirty does the press get during decapping before the brass is washed? Been giving consideration to de-priming and roll sizing before tumbling the brass to clean it. Worried about how much grit gets into the press from dirty brass.
I rotary tumble ( Dillon ) then hand sort all brass before it goes into a dedicated RL1050 with only a FW decapper. Replaced the metal spent prmer cup with a spent primer hose -- minimal debris on the press which is vacuumed to keep press clean

I decap only in 1st pass. Brass is then wet cleaned and dried All other steps in 2nd pass.

My Sig all steel x5 has a difficult time feeding Winchester 146 TC ammo in the aftermarket Barsto match 9mm barrel--never tried the 124gn TC loads.

Double thickness top -1 1/2" with fascia board. Then I used a wood rasp to "hogout" a deep groove in the fascia/countertop edge to allow the handle to drop to full extension.

Does the brass juice remove the factory anneal marks found on LC, PSD and other mil-spec 223 brass ?
-
Entirely eliminated primer pullback in decap only mode--- .223 brass---running slow 900 rph on RL 1050 with Mk 7 pro
-
1200-1500 . I'm slowing down as I get older, I don't need to either process or reload at a breakneck pace and I just enjoy not having to manually pull the handle.

I'm sold---How do I get this locally or is this something you are selling?

Did Mike have you place a rectangular sheet of aluminum foil behind the stationary sizing plate ? --it provides a tighter rollsize

I am in Omaha, Nebraska--Hornady is 150 miles away. Redding indicated zero interest in the use of their excellent 10-x powder measure for automated or non- automated use. If I can help, let me know--I visit the site daily. Thx for the pics.

Steyrarms --I would like to see how you attached and setup the Redding 10x on the press---it's a fantastic measure. Thx
-
Brooke--why is the spring retainer better than the solid plastic retainer ? Thx

Describe the updated toolhead---what is different?

I remember the fl-2000 had a lifetime warranty---check with Dillon. Also, there is a FL-2000 for sale on accurateshooter.com for $135

I have a list of reported bad Winchester lot #-PM me for a copy.
