I was searching for info on CZ pistol Model numbers and found the site. I read a few posts and registered. Great stuff folks! I learned more about CZ in one thread then others forums combined.
I am a UAB alumni (University of Alabama - Birmingham). Before that I went to High School in a small town, Trussville, AL. That happened to be the HQ for GunSouth, who was the Importer for FN, Steyr and Merkel. Dad knew the owners from his job in the USAF and I knew the staff from school. A friend gave me a Royal tour which included the Fun Room, where I handled guns I thought I'd never be able to afford - AUG's, FNC's, FAL's and 60k 12GA Trap Guns.
I travelled with Dad in the Air Force, and have worked/lived all over the US and Japan. If anyone is from the Greenville, SC area, please contact me.
