Prepare for the attack of the dasies!
Because of All rain, the dasies, or whatever they are, are everywhere. I mean 8 foot tall stalks of 4-6 inch in diameter yellow flowers with black centers. They have taken over the range! And they conviently kinda look like our rifle targets...
So when shooting rifle and you center in your scope what looks like a rifle target with a yellow backer, you may want to double check...

Y'all may remember a few years back that my husband publically embarrassed me here in the Enosverse by posting about me shooting our chronograph.
Well it didn't die then...it got resurrected.
But today, sad to say, Rest In Peace to the 1980's vintage Pact MKIII Chronograph.
No, it was NOT me this time...it was him.
And this time its really, really, really dead! (sung to the tune of the Munchkins in MunchkinLand)

Oh, if I could remember all the unsavory comments I have heard on the range I could write a "Man's Self-Help" book.
Honestly, it's the nature of the beast...men don't think like women. (this is not meant to be an excuse)
And usually they don't consider the feelings of others before they speak...especially at the range.
It is sometimes a contest of who can make the most quick and witty comment before the next guy.
BTW...men are not the only ones capable of distasteful comments
I myself, try not to take these types of comments too seriously...especially when I'm working on my own "mental game".
Shooters are just a microcosm of the human race..."they is what they is".
Just get out there and shoot your best game and don't let anyone psych you out!
And, don't give him anymore of your home-made cookies.

That's unacceptable. I'd contact UPS and ask to be referred to the highest manager on duty, then (kindly) read him or her the riot act. Ridiculous.
Been there..done that...this advice works. Remember the "kindly" part...

Hey Bart...I love the analogy here it is quite self explanatory.
With reference to the firearms portion...a magazine has a spring and follower and a clip does not.
Do you mind if I use this photo in my next Hunter Education class?

Yes Firebird is still in business although not manufacturing any new shotguns as of late.
Still have some parts in stock.
As Tom pointed out it's the Win choke pattern and we have Carlson make us chokes with the extended knurled end.
The price is $45.00 and we only have Light Modified.
Be aware that many of those Turkish barrels need the threads chased to clean them up.
Sorry about the phone not answering we live in the mountains and the phone service is sorry at best.
