Good Evening, can anyone clarify the magazine pouch placement position on your body for appendix carry in IDPA 2023 rules ? Can a sidecar pouch be used for mag reloads in competition or the old rule of all mag pouches must be behind the hip line ( 3 o'clock) position) still holds ? Thanks
