Its getting stuck on the brass. Two lines are appearing, one just behind where I'm seating the bullet (it kind of looks like stippling) and then a solid line all around the case where something clearly cut into the brass just before the extractor groove. I'll get a picture I'm pretty sure I saved one.

The cases its jamming on are slightly bluged. others are fine. I guess I can take it and make sure its in spec first.

I have a P365 Macro and its chamber is so tight its jamming on the reloads my PSA Dagger and Glock 19 usually eat all day. At my local range everyone pointed me to a roll sizer, that super expensive thing from Australia. Are there any dies I can fit on my Dillon 750 that de-prime and really fully size the cases? Body and neck?

I just realized I've been ignoring your posts. I'm sorry about that. I'm using Hornady One shot. I put a few handfuls of cases into a plastic bag, do two squirts of one shot, and then toss and turn the bag until feel like I did my job lol.

I've been having issues with my 750xl. The foremost problem now is that I can't get the shell plate bolt to tighten down past 1/4 a turn at all. It binds so tightly I'm afraid if I try to apply any more pressure to it I'll damage something. So I did the dumb thing and tried taking the press a part. I'm positive I lost some necessary small piece on my carpet now but I'll come back to that issue later. I have a boroscope I put down it and I can't see anything that it would bind to and the threads do not appear to be damaged. I thought it maybe just needed more lube so I tried some auto grease I had laying around and that also didn't fix the problem. What options do I have here aside from ordering a whole new lower half of my 750?

Reviving this old post. I bought the Entirely Crimson case ejector. I'm STILL getting cases stuck when ejecting from the press. I tried it right next to the case feed assembly and it just binds each case. I several positions but no matter where this thing is located shells just get stuck.

I setup a Dillon 750xl last year. When reloading 9mm cartridges, on the 5th and final stage when ejecting some cartridges get stuck between the shell plate and the ejector wire. If I try to just push through it the whole setup shakes so violently that powder is thrown everywhere from the cartridges still waiting for a bullet. Anyone have an idea of how to fix this?
