  2. Does anyone who lives in Arizona know a local machinist? I have a lvl 10 innovations priming support die i messed up on the measurement asked for a .558 and it wouldnt fit in the rl1100 tool head hole needed it to be .561 i live in Glendale. Your help would be much appreciated.
  3. Hello all, Does anyone have any solutions to fixing the vertical scratch cases when using the MA FL sizing die? I cleaned the die out with One Shot, Dillions D.C.L using ear swab and the gun cloth. Looked up other solutions on other forms some of them say use the alcohol and lanion mix which is what Dillon D.C.L is. It does bother me when i reload my 9mm. The brass im using is brand new Starline and Jagermann brass.
  4. can anyone help me with the eject tab on the dillon rl1100, i am also using the dillon Da3000 which is their auto drive. ive had this press close to a year now im having issues with the finished cartridge (9mm), it keeps getting hung up on the eject tab and messes up the indexing. ive taken it to dillon multiple times and explained my issue to them they were able to fix it. When i go home and set it up and started reloading it would go thru several rounds just fine then randomly gets caught in the eject tab flinging brass and bullets every where. i checked the press thoroughly and i dont know why it keeps doing that. it is getting really frustrating to the point where i might considered selling this. i really love this press dont get me wrong, i dont want to keep spending more time trying to figure out the issue hoping it would run smoothly and i dont want to keep sending it back to dillon wait a month or two for it to be fixed and have it come back to me working for a week and breaks down on me. So if anyone has any solutions it would be much appreciated also is their aftermarket parts for the eject tab? if so can you direct me to it?
  5. can anyone help me i cant seem to fix the issue on my rl1100. reloading 223 and the indexing on my shell plate keeps spilling powder.
  6. Hello all, i am still new to reloading for about 3-4 months now. I have been stuggling to get my loads to be consistant, i have some rounds that will pass the case gauge and some that wont and then i have a round (a couple of them actually) for some reason that will be flush with the case gauge and then when i do it again with the same round its not flush. i keep taking it out and puttin it back in and it'll be flush and not flush with the case gauge. i have used a hornady roll crimp and then swtiched to the hornady taper crimp (hard crimp, no crimp, less crimp both resulting the same issue )i dont know what im doing wrong, i have done everything i can think of to fix it ( youtube, adjusting dies, reading forms etc.) but the outcome is the same. is there a way to fix this issue, what is the solution to this problem. i understand that if it fits its good but i prefer to be as accurate and good as possible.my reloads is 9mm 115grain cfe pistol powder 4.9 oal 1.100.-1.120 using hornady dies and hornady lock n load ap press. here are the pics of the same round left not flush right flush
