old506 Posted April 1, 2012 Share Posted April 1, 2012 I would be worried about over-muscling and overrunning the target once you go back to the "real" weight? Are you just drawing the gun or are you finishing off with a prepped shot? Now, for just working out where you are doing some cross-training or cardio and holding up the weighted gun at eye level, I could see that as beinhelpfulll, building muscle stamina in your upper body.
