The girl called to apologize for not being able to fill my order for para base pads. She explained that they have three new machines and Dave has been working Saturdays trying to get the new and improved base pads into production. She explained that he is a perfectionist and that only perfect would due. Ya know, this is the kind of business I want to do business with. Thanks for caring Dawson.
