Montana is very good but their prices are no longer an advantage. My last three orders were from Roze in 9, 40 and 45 all JHP. Their tolerances are great and if in stock I have it in two days, of course they are only a few hundred miles away. Right now primers are anywhere from $26 - $35 for the same brand/style.

I'm using 124gr Precision Delta currently. I've tried 115, 124 and 147 and I did not like the feel of the 147's. I switched back to 124's. If you want to try them, you can order a 100rd sample pack from Precision Delta.
Anyway, I would recommend using 124gr, either PD or MG. If you buy MG by the case, it's like $86/k, same as PD, so I'll most likely end up switching.
I had used MG 124gr for my first 3200 rounds. I am using Roze jacked bullets in 10mm 180gr JHP and their 230 gr JHP in .45 ACP. Roze 180 gr in .400 and 230 in .451 are easy to reload, very accurate and open up sufficiently. I am hoping that the Roze 147gr JHP perform as well. BTW, Their service is great!!.
Thanks,
Chris

Last Friday night on my SDB, suddenly brass was staying up in the deprime/resizing die. Sure enough, the edges on one station of the shell plate had chipped away. Naturally i called and one is on its way. Still can't figure out what I did to chip the shell plate. Thanks guys, I will check out the shell plate and the roller.

I run an SDB for my 9mm and am setting up another for 40 S+W. Otherwise I have a 550 set for 45ACP and will be getting a 10mm conversion head set up for it. I like both and both have their minor quirks probably induced by me. Cannot beat the quality or the service from DILLON.

Had not reloaded in 7 months. Very happy to see primers $24 - 27 per K at PVI and Graf.

Sort each major competition caliber with the Shell Sorter. This will get rid of most of the small stuff.
Rinse the brass in the appropriate tray with running water, a double handful at a time. This will get rid of the rest of the dirt. You should end up with clean brass of one caliber and the occasional rock.
I use an old scuba mesh lobster/game bag, throw in all the brass, tumble (outside) then dump the brass into a box to be sorted.

+1 on checking wally world for corn cob and crushed walnut shells. 8lbs for 5 bucks can't be beat.
Grainger sells 53# of corn cob media for ~$26.00. A "bag" will last a long time.

What are the differences between a Square Deal and a square Deal B machines?
Also, same question for the 550 / 550B?
Thanks,
Chris
