  1. "`(6) The Attorney General shall establish and maintain, in a timely manner, a record of the make, model, and date of manufacture of any semiautomatic assault weapon which the Attorney General is made aware has been used in relation to a crime under Federal or State law, and the nature and circumstances of the crime involved, including the outcome of relevant criminal investigations and proceedings. The Attorney General shall annually submit the record to the Congress and make the record available to the general public.'."

I think that they should make a list of all the vehicals ever used in a crime and band them too.

  2. I also have the Heinie rear and purchased the .090 Dawson. I went with the .090 because most of the shooters I know like the thin front sight. I used the for about 6 weeks and removed them. I decided to go back to the Hienie front cause the Dawson was just to thin. I plan on buying the same one you did and see if I like that better.

Sights are like buying a couch, you need to sit in a bunch of them before you find the right one for you.

If you find that you don't care for the front sight I would be happy to trade you, or sell you the .090 for $20.00

  3. I have the 3.5 Ghost rocket (non-polished) light striker spring and trigger spring installed in my G34. I love it, feels good to me and everyone else that has had a chance to shoot it. Very inexpensive and easy to do yourself. I have never tested the pull weight but I'm going to guess it breaks at about 3.5lbs.

If your looking for a trigger that feels like a tuned 1911 then send me your Glock and buy yourself a tuned 1911. :) All the parts in the world won't make it feel like a single action trigger.

I think you'll be happy with what you have as soon as you install everything.

    Happy shooting

  4. I understand that reloading .40 could be dangerous. If you press the bullet in too much it creates extreme pressures, more so than any other round.

BTW I don't reload. that is only that I heard.

  5. There are 2 nearby indoor ranges by my house. One is in Oceanside allows holster work and has a fun steel match on Thur. nights. The other in Laguna Niguel they are not so nice but they do have a IPSC style shoot every Wed. night.

If your in south Orange County CA, there are good practice places.

  6. almost every FFL charges $100.00 plus DROS, thats nuts. This place is fair $55.00 with DROS included (in oceanside CA)

I saved over $100.00 and bought Tungsten guide rod, 2 springs, a ghost rocket, C-Tac and mag pouch

  7. $75.00 bucks and a Glock

WOW sound like a great first time for me.

I'll shoot my whole life and probably never make it to the money.

Not only am I new to this all but I lack skill

at least I have persistence and a good sense of humor

  8. Kinda slow on the Glock forum. So I figured I just put something up to talk about.

I purchased my G34 from the guys at Top Glock about 8 days ago. After talking to my FFL that is doing the transfer for me (BTW out of state transfers cost $55.00 with DROSE included, best price around located in Northern San Diego County) I found out that I could start the DROSE with the serial number. So I called Top Glock to get the serial number and they haven't even pulled it off the shelf yet. They said that they could not give me the number cause one hasn't been assigned to my purchase invoice and they should have it ready to go tomorrow. For the money I am saving it is worth a little wait but it will be almost a month before I can shoot my new G34.

  9. I was always taught the heavier the pistol the less felt recoil. I notice the difference between a S&W ultralite 357mag and a 6"Colt Python 357mag. How is that different in this aplication?

  10. I just bought a used ghost rocket that was fitted on a G17. Now I am going to put it in a G34. I am hopping that is will not release the firing pin so I can fit it to my trigger perfectly. But for $6.00 you can't go wrong.
