Any recommendations on how to solve weak extraction on an Origin action?
The brass mostly ejects about 3 inches from the action and at times back into the action.
I’ve cleaned the chamber and bolt without any improvement.

As a new reloader, I was just reflecting on this question and this is timely. Thank you! Before majors and when changing powder jugs makes a lot of sense to me and I'll be adopting this.
Also include major temperature changes.

The prep station tools have a wobble, they don’t spin true.
Thank you for the input.
Can you still use the wobbly prep station?

Thank you for the recommendation.
I've looked at the annealeez however for a similar cost it seemed like Burst Fire offered a better build quality plus the case prep.

No, but I have been looking at it for a week now and I just ordered one. Reviews everywhere seem good. I’ll let you know, when it shows up and set it up.
Appreciate it!

Does anyone have experience with the Burst Fire annealer? Seems like it’s a good value.

I’ve heard the guys at snipershide are testing this out.

I think it helps cut out a lot of the meaningless mental chatter-- 'I need to have more weight on this foot, I should be doing this, I should be doing that' if you go away for a while.
Long time ago I took a year off shooting to go rock climbing instead. Won the first match (a local) after I came back... Not really a recommendation for long-term success but worth trying every now and then.
This has been my experience and reasoning as well.

I can't say I've tested this in pistol rounds, but it is indeed correct in rifle reloading. I consistently get more lower SD, ES, and most importantly accuracy when I don't clean my brass.
For rifles I've found that purposely lubing the inside of the case neck gives better results than not lubing. You'll want to use graphite, moly, or One Shot.
Thank you for this.
Which inside neck lube is easiest to apply?

I've had excellent results with Precision 1 contacts by Alcon. Importantly to me, the quality is very consistent from one lens to the next. I had too much quality variation with Acuvues.
Thanks John. Precision 1 was what I was originally looking at changing to from Hubble.

Has anyone worked up a load for the 153 grain A-tips or the 153.5 Berger’s?

Appreciate the replies.
I’ll order some of the accuview.
Which eye drops are you using?

I shoot because it requires 100% focus to do well. Therefore my mind can’t focus on work family etc.

I hope this is the right forum for this question…
What contacts do you guys recommend for shooting in dry dusty environments?
-
Appreciate the recommendation.

I’d look at the 224 Valkyrie. Match ammo is plentiful and cheap.
I’m running a 6 arc in a bolt gun. It’s essentially factory 6BR. Love it. But ammo availability has been challenging the past few months.

you can buy snappy reset trigger springs. pretty nice with the greyguns kit. I like the adjustable gg trigger better over the non adjustable.
Thank you. Which springs do you recommend?
-
Running the gray gun comp flat trigger however had too soft of a reset which caused a double click on the reset. If I tried to pull trigger on first click; dead trigger. Swapped springs back to factory. Problem solved.

Is there any downside to ultrasonic cleaning the BCG? Is it effective, or just a waste of time?
I find it very effective. The only downside is it may remove some finishes so I don’t leave parts in for more than 5 minutes. -
I run an SRO. Huge window. Love it.
