Talked with the Longhorn Restaurant Manager a bit ago and we're a "GO" for tomorrow evenings pre-match dinner.
See ya there!
Doug
Doug, what time should we arrive for dinner?
-
I wonder if the match folks will ever cash my entry check...or if they got it...
Alex
Alex Your App's has been recieved and all the money was turning in to the Tresures yesterday, he had been out of town.

Sorry I should have been more clear.
before I repress the primer, ofcourse I pull it appart first.
them repress on an empty press, no powder or primers.
-
I have two presses a dillon 650 and a 550 I use the 550 for the same problem. I just push slowly and I keep my primer tube empty just in case
-
Nothing beats a Dillon Press and a good Scale, I have the boom scale maybe Santa will bring me a digital scale.
oh yes a good bullet puller is a must. even after 3 years of reloading I still have to use it.
-
Looks like a blast, will give it a try at our next USPSA match
-
I remember my first Box of 45, I thought I had my powder correct, but had no scale yet (bad Move)
anyway no KB but did have a sore hand afterwards, took that last 45 rounds home and pulled everything apart and waiting on a scale.
always check your powder

Is anybody up for the "Second Annual Texas State Carbine Championship Pre-Match Dinner"?? Unless someone else wants to take the lead, I'll put it together again this year. We had about 24 folks show up last year and everyone had a good time.
Do you guys (and gals) want to go back to the same Steakhouse or would you rather try somewhere new? I thought the food last year was pretty dang good, but let me know if you want a change. As always, we'd love to hear from the Corpus guys if you've got any suggestions.
Full Auto again, I will join you guys for the Pre-match Dinner.
The steakhouse is good with me

Big Cheers to the SA CRO/RO's for doing a great job Was close for us to drive up to.
Prize table was good.
only comment I must say, with the match fee, a free lunch would have been a nice touch.
but all in all if the Area 4 is there again I will come for sure
-
Looks like a blast (Corpus Christi will be there
-
Curt: I will be there on the 26th but will be using my 6" Limited setup You guys put on a great match. Thanks, Eric
I too will be there.
You guys ROCK
-
Ooohhhh....how I long to shoot more than 10 rounds in open without having to reload
Thanks for the video. What format are you using? MiniDV?
b
Yes, MiniDV - seems to be pretty easy with a MAC. 10 rounds open? Man that cannot be right - at least your reloads will be right on every time!!!
Gee Kevin, you claim to take 1st and 2nd before the score keeper even had the scores completed, WOW what a mind reader .
Ok OK , you guys did take 1st and 2nd.. Looked very good..
-
Hello: The scores are up. I hate that bridge, I hate that bridge Maybe I'll do better next time. Thanks, Eric
You only hate that Bridge because I beat you on that stage, even with a double pass over it..
-
One heck of a good time.
Thanks Guys for a great match, will be back.
-
Being this was my first major match and even if I am close to the bottom.
Big thanks to SCC for a fun time and meeting good people.
I had a blast big time.
I still have the double swinger dancing in my head
But I got 3 out of 4 on it.
-
Corpus Christi Is ready to do it again, was fun last time
-
Very nice looking blaster, shoot it well and shoot it lots
-
I can answer that for him, Randy... His grip is pretty weak and girlish on both guns....
Your my Buddy Merlin
-
What kind of grips do you have on your kimber?
Randy
Randy I have been told they are a custom made set , bought off e-bay
