I like the feel of the smaller grip, the factory checkering was just to bulky for me.

To raise the grip I removed some material from the Beaver tail, but majority was removed from under the trigger guard.

Wow. You really have skills. I wish someone could do this for me.

I just did this myself. Got the barrel from CZUSA. They are out of stock most of the time. You can create and account and set up a notification. They'll email when they come in. You then need to act pretty quickly as they go fast. I ordered the same day and received my new barrel a couple weeks ago. I did have to wait about 1.5 months, unfortunately.

On mine, the POI shifted pretty dramatically. I'm now looking at sights/sight combinations to fix this. I'm seeing about a 3.5" shift (high) in POI when switching from the .40 to 9mm barrel.

As for reliability, there are a few posts on the forum already, but it does work fine. The extractor part number is the same for both the .40 and 9mm models. The different in the breech face diameter is negligible and I have seen no issues in reliable extraction with about 200 rounds so far. I don't expect any issues. The factory spring is pretty heavy though, so I plan to move to a 12lb instead of the factory 16lb.

Is is still accurate? I heard some hits a little higher than the 40cal stock barrel? Thanks

Thanks, I'm going to checker the back in 30 lpi also.

Here are a couple of pics of the process, I machined a couple of guide plates to keep the file centered on the front strap. Due to the upsweep at the bottom of the front strap all of the vertical cutting must be done with the front row of teeth on the file, these wear out pretty fast so I would clamp the end of the file in the vice and break a small part off exposing a fresh row of teeth. Had to buy a second file to finish the horizontal lines.

CZ TS is the only choice to run in Limited.

high enough capacity. good trigger, very accurate gun

if too heavy with the dustcover, cut it back a little.

depending on your hand size. the gun feels great if you take off the checkering on the frontstrap and backstrap

I have a large size hand. Do u think I should take of the checkering? Thanks

I got mine from cz custom when I ordered some other parts. kneelingatlas fitted the barrel for me in about 10 minutes and it has not had an issue since. I have since polished the feed ramp on it.

Did you have to send your gun for fitment?

Can they do a conversion from 9mm to 40 cal on a cz tactical sports?

time, I'd forgo almost all of what you plan until you have shot the gun for quite some time.  The 10x bushing is a waste of time until, and if, your bushng wears from a whole lot of shooting.  I originally went to the full length CZC SS guide rod and a 13lb CZC spring, because it allowed me to shoot 172PF and 140PF loads without changing the spring.  I went to a FO front sight because my old eyes had a problem with the standard front sight.  I do not feel adding the competition hammer and sear are worth the price.  I'll also say that I would send your gun to CZ Custom for any work you want done, and definitely not to Cajun Gun Works.  If you want to know why, PM me.

If you are going 9mm, you will spend less, because the mag capacity is already there.  23 in a tube buys you nothing over 20 for Limited.

858, the fact that I did eventually have all those internal mods done is what tells me they were a waste of money.  The guts of a TSO are no better than on a TS.  AND BTW, I have two 2011 customs.

How can I contact you regarding Cajun gun works? I want to know why you avoided this store. Thanks
