  1. Some PCC shooters have an offset red dot. At a recent local match, the shooter laid the PCC down on the side with the offset red dot, thus raising it a small amount.

Since the offset red dot is a permanent fixture on the PCC, is this still considered "laying flat"? The RO said to the shooter that it was propped. The same question for an OPEN shooter. Can it be laid on the slide racker side?

  2. If a mandatory reload is required between point A and point B, and while moving to point B, I totally remove the magazine that is in the gun, and then reinsert the same magazine, is that considered a reload?

    Thanks

  3. Hi, I have Peltor Sprot Tactical 100 electronic ear muffs. They are good, however once they muffle a shot, the do not "reset" for several seconds. This causes me to

miss conversations and I have to pull a muff off of my ear to hear what is being said. If it picks up a shot from an adjacent bay, I have to pull the muff off of my ear to hear commands from an RO. Are there any electronic ear muffs that do not have such a long delay to "reset"?

    thanks

  4. Per the new rules, can I initiate a reload, ie) eject an empty magazine to the ground, while there is still a round in the chamber?

I do not see in the rules where this is NOT allowed.

    thanks

  5. 2 questions. At recent match, there were 10 required shots on target. A shooter had a squib on his 10th shot.

I would score this as a "miss" and no re shoot.

2nd, shooter was required to shoot 2 targets from behind cover. Shooter shot both target from in the open, ie)

not behind cover. would this be 1 PE?      some say 2 PE's one for each target.
