This^^^^^. My wife has tiny hands, and her setup is:
One of Jason's Extra Small grips, double undercut, less aggressive stippling.
SV trigger with a short curved insert
Low pad thumb safety (Brownell's)
Mitchell right side mag release--she uses her trigger finger to hit it.
Thumb rest "generic" moved back so it uses just the
front two holes, machined to clear slide stop.
I’ve also noticed the mag release not always working when using my dominant hand so since I have a *thumb rest [generic]*(thumb rest) I just use weak hand thumb as I’m headed to the mags. It’s just as fast or faster and I know I’ve hit it every time. That’s brilliant though to put it on the right side.

Thank you so much everyone. I’m buying the XS grip extreme shooters makes and the smaller trigger. I hope this makes me feel better in the gun.

I saw a post about small hands and changing the grips and trigger. Can anyone explain this more and maybe show me pics. Considering doing this after an instructor saw my grip was altered causing the front sight to sit more left in the rear sight.
Pinned Grip Safety

Have an STI 2011 and I want to pin the grip safety. Assumed it would be 1 simple part but there seem to be tons of options. Which pinning option do you like best?
