  1. Have one on my Armalite. Was going to go with a Vortex or Burris but glad I put out a few more bucks. When they sau red dot is day bright, they mean DAY bright. Mid day on sandy ranges in Florida I only need maybe half power, maybe a click or two over to see it well.

Clarity is great, and BDC works well, tried it out to 600yds without issue.

  2. Gcso12: for your Sig try starting around 3.2gr of Prima SV for 135gr ACME. Did some load tests this weekend with my CZ and 135s and some 147s, and another put a few 135s through his 320 X5.

One thing became very apparent: the 320X doesn't seem to like low PF loads, so will likely need lighter recoil springs below 135ish PF. Think his was stovepiping with 125 or 130. Will try n get data up this week if have time. It also had a good bit lower velocity than the CZ at same charge weight, ~ 0.2-0

    3gr more to match Vel.

CZ Tac Sport ate everything, from 120PF and up. Got some very good SDs too.

  3. As said, all the parts play their role. On mine I had an Armalite brake and gas tuned, then later put in a LW BCG, Taccom light weight buffer and TTI spring. Definitely dipped. Retuned gas, dip lessened a bit, retuning brake was still needed though.

Your BCG was the pricey part, IMO go the rest of the way, you should be happy where it takes you. :)

  4. Wilf Gold has been good for me since trying it a few years back.

Federal now has a 5 cent per round rebate up to 4k rnd/$200 dollars on .223/5.56 ammo. For brass 55gr,  probably hard to beat the price w/ rebate. :)

  5. Just got a nitride myself, and swapped out the buffer/spring for a Taccom LW rifle buffer and TTI spring. Tuned the gas and only able to put about a hundred rounds through, but functioned flawlessly. As a package, very pleased with the change in handling. Went with the AIM  to test the waters before committing the money for a JP or other top tier BCG.

  6. While I'm a far cry from an expert, never tried the very expensive race holsters, I love the International; have one for my PPQ as well.

Tension is extremely adjustable. For the CZ there are 3 screws on the muzzle end and the screw through the internal plastic drum/roller.

I've never tried to max it out but I've tested from slides right out if inverted to hold it upsidedown and shake violently and it stayed put. Draw seems smooth to me, even at higher tensions an initial peak then a lighter friction that reduces through the pull.

  7. I got a Comp-Tac International for mine, I share your affliction of wrong handedness. :) The one listed as 75/85/P01/SP01 will take the Tac Sport, just have to adjust the white roller inside, removing the outer piece.  Can also order direct from Comp-Tac via Amazon and get free shipping. Just call Comp-Tac if you need status updates, mine arrived in about 8 or 9 days but Amazon still showed pending a couple weeks after.

  8. On the main screen select the larger box, where it shows name, scope and bullet info. In there, I have a box at the top "change rifle". Select and press add. Then you can swap between saved ones.

Cartridges work the same way and will store per rifle, you must select the big box of cartridge data from the screen where you would change the rifle. Some options you have to press and hold, if a quick tap doesn't seem to do anything, such as selecting a particular cartridge from the database.
