Can you repeat the test with the gun securely mounted on a table shooting at a target of 1mX1m from a distance of 20 meters with cylinder benelli choke ?
Can you repeat the same procedure shooting of hand, aiming at the center of target again using a cylinder benelli choke ?
Can you repeat the second step asking a friend of yours to shoot instead of you.
Can you repeat the above shooting from your weak shoulder ? (Opposite side)
It would be Great if you could share photos of each target.

I had someone ask me if I could take pictures of my A400 and my 1301 side by side to see the differences. So I thought I'd share what I found:
I took a bunch of pictures and put them in an imageshack folder. Let me know if you have any issues viewing it. In all of the pictures, the A400 is the one on top.

The only differences I can tell:
- End of magazine is different to accomodate the b-lok feature of the A400.
- A400 stock is longer
- 1301 has a higher raised rib
- 1301 has the mid bead
- A400 obviously has the kick-off
- A400 can shoot 3-1/2s
Similarities:
- Just about everything
- gas system, barrel extension, receiver, bolt carrier group
Have you tried the A400 extreme barell on the 1301 Comb ?
Does it fit ? Does it cycle ?

Pat, do you have a good reference link on how all this math works? I'm relatively new to shotgunning and would love to learn the technical aspect of it! Thank you.
See below the link to the Beretta site listing the constrictions by system.

I emailed Beretta about switching barrels because I would like a longer barrel for hunting. They emailed me back and saidthat they were not interchangeable. I would like to know, because i was going to get a A400 instead.
I have the same question. I heard from my dealer the A400 extreme barrels are compatible with the 1301 Comp as it uses the long 3.5" base/frame.
Waiting for a confirmation from Beretta Italy.

Picatinny Rail on a 1301 Comp.
Has anyone put the Beretta picatinny rail on a 1301 Comp ?

I understand that it is made for this firearm. Does it allow to see the rib while it is mounted ?
Any pictures to help me understand how high it is ?
Thanks

So has the "production" line been scrapped and incorporated into the "standard" line?
Can I get an answer? I've asked on Facebook and Instagram multiple times.
Sphinx is terrible at responding to potential customers.
Starting to think I might as well write this company off for good.
No both are available in Switzerland.
It is that they cannot supply demand

I own a Sphinx SDP standard and found that the Kensight Novak adjustable is a great solution if you wish to change the back sight.

My take on the gun after owning it for a little while and running about 500 rounds through it.
DA/SA is very nice, but the takeup in SA is a little bit much. My main issue, the groups are great, but everything is down and to the left of POA around 2" at 10 yards, and even more so at 20-25 yards. While I am able to adjust for shooting left, as there are no other sights available, the only thing I could do would be to file an already short front sight down.
I had two friends shoot the gun with the pretty much the same results.
In speaking with CGW, the spring kits he offers will improve the DA, but will do nothing for the takeup of the SA and does not see any way around it. Some of the issues we were discussing are some of the common complaints he has heard on the pistol.
Having the gun shooting low is an issue for me, so I called Kriss. They quickly responded with an RMA for repair, but they expected me to pay for the return shipping. I nicely explained to customer service, that I did not find this to be acceptable. This is a new pistol, that is not exactly low priced, and they were the first factory/importer I have ever dealt with that expected me to pay for a return for something that has an issue with the function. They relented and sent me a return label.
Personally, I find it abhorant they would expect me to pay the cost of return shipping for repair.
Not sure how long repair will actually take or what they will do to correct the problem, but will update this thread once it is received back from Kriss.

Dear Merion1930
Would it be too much to ask you to post some pictures from the 18rd magazine in the Sphinx so I see how well it fits ? And some pics of the back side of the magazine ?
I own an SDP standard duotone and needed additional magazines, so I was checking prices and fit of CZ and Mec Gar
Thanks

benelli m2 shoots left due to choke...

Puzzled here.
My first thought was that you might have been pulling the trigger too hard sending the shot to the left.
In any case continue patterning with the cylinder choke at closer distance. Try to test as many brands of cylinder chokes you can find.
Try the left - right shoulder to see if there is a difference.
If it continues I would say it is a barrel issue and perhaps see a gunsmith.
