[Brass shearing off in chamber]

This happens in my PSA barrel Everytime. Interesting though I have seen the same stepped brass run through a Keltec and Beretta CX4 Storm with no issues.

[PC Predicament]

I scanned through this quickly but does the KAW barrel face extended into the upper receiver more than the WAB barrel? Looks that way in the images.

What type of equipment were you using?

Using the much hated "Lee Loadmaster". I did tweak something right before the boom, so it was probably my fault. I hate that too!

I have a Lee Loadmaster. That priming system sucks. I prime my brass off press. Removed the plastic junk, that section just for resizing. Less hassle, fewer wasted primers.

I have the same gun. I installed the apex competition spring kit and Dawson front sight. Everything else is stock. It really softened up after 2000 rounds. Spring kit was about $25.
