If you really want a "One Only" gun, then the original Fire Glock can be yours for only $10,000. Includes a copy of the original police report. It has a very unique feature, called barrel retention. The slide was tweaked enough from the fire that the barrel cannot be removed. This is a plus for you Operator's in the event you are taking the gun apart in complete darkness. Plus it comes with custom "Fire Finish" grips, left/right side gun identifier (mutated melted frame depressions above the trigger pin), and OEM Glock sights that actually work, not like that freak Glock with a 3.25 MOA dot, come on, .325" diameter at 10 yards. Good luck trying to find that.
I laughed,

Real nice to see, thanks for sharing

I don't know about all that, I believe which your more comfortable gripping IMO, Ive seen some shoot one better than the other, but its all on how it feels to that individual
-
Glock26toter said it all and some, just loosen up and do some stage planning, seam a lil tense but looks like you're heading in the right direction
-
Real sorry to hear that, just keep up, you'll be fine
-
Real nice, might have to try one out for my next holster, of course after your "practice spin" and match review lol
-
basically I'm saying if it were me I'd hope and try to sell it

That's a tough one, I'm one of those that usually wants and gets the best of the best from tools to equipment but I don't think I could ever justify spending that much on ear plugs, I understand the work involved in producing em but I guess it's cause I'm satisfied with whats available out there, man they even got one that goes for $2400,
-
Could always attach it on just the upper.
I tried that for a little while but wasn't very comfortable with it, I think it will take getting used to, I think the front of the rifle such as the muzzle was distracting to me but with practice I'm sure it will work

Deltapoint all the way, its not going anywhere if mounted correctly, is the easiest to visually see and acquire by far, especially compared to the RMR, I do want to try out the Vortex Razor one day, heard some great things but not sure if getting used to the large glass on the Deltapoint ruins it for me

thanks guys. I really only load maybe 3k of 9 a year 1k of 40 and some .223.
don't have the money or space to add a second dedicated press right now. I think I will just hold off for now. I will take a look at the other threads and maybe spark some ideas for the reloading bench.
If that's the case I'd stick with what you have, I don't see why'd you want to spend the money unless you were planning on loading a lot more rounds
-
thanks amada8, for some reason I went to go look and didn't see it, must be blind
-
yah it is, its the worse I've seen, I'm guessing when it gets that bad it ends up being more catastrophic
-
scary, was it just the one in photo you found or was there others the same in the bucket? could of just been that one

I decided to get the same chrono that they use at most of the big matches. The one I saw used at most is the CED M2.
Competitive shooter, this sounds like the best advice.
I just bought a MagnetoSpeed V3 with pistol adapter (>$400). Tweaked it to work with my CZ and Glock by adding shims. Easy to use and download data in CSV output. Indoor range use is a plus. My CED will live to see another day with only two added airflow holes.....

you got an adapter for the pistol with yours? I don't see the same one or anything like that on their site, I would love to get one for mine but I have version 2

I'm pretty sure Mr. RICKS was yanking upon a leg or two guys, hence the "thread Ninjas" at the bottom of his post.
lol, I completely over looked that, oops now I feel like an idiot for thinking he was serious haha
-
Oh, simple. Just run the barrel extension shoulder on the barrel down another half thread pitch and cut the breech face and chamber the same amount. Redrill and install the index pin. Easy as pie.
Won't the gas tube be on the bottom of barrel now? How will it mate with gas key?
Just what I was thinking, makes it much more complicated, then you'd have to fill in old hole and re-drill new gas hole, what was said earlier about drilling out and re-index I think is the most logical

self - own a few auto repair shops

from what you described on the features and such you should go with the G34 unless theres a chance you want to look at some 2011's since you like 1911's, you asked what the "others" people were voting for, I don't know about others but for me it was the 2011

if you like the jm pro then I think you should take a long look at the Beretta 1301 comp

Yah from what I understood it was cost start up, I guess Mike spent over $20k of his own money just to produce em in aluminum and to be able to offer them to the public, he's waiting for a determination letter as we speak for the 4140 and 17-4 stainless and is projecting late spring for them to be available (which people like me in CA can't wait), granted I would of preferred SS or steel but beggars can't be choosers, plus aluminum is not as bad as some people assume, many manufacturers such as Sig, Para, etc. have made aluminum frames for years, main issues from what I have gathered for 1911 frames (keeping in mind averagely they would last 10000-20,000 rounds) was that the dust cover would crack which on these frames they are more than double thick I believe it was about .060-.062 more per side, second was the feed ramp would wear and pit which is why there are steel frame ramp inserts to correct those problems which this frame is cut for Wilson/Nolan ramped barrel so don't have to worry about that either

Isn't that the way you are supposed to do it?
