The Uniquetek die wrench and Powder bar micrometer bar pretty awesome. 1050 and Mr Bulletfeeder are AWESOME as well.

[Finally got a 1050]

I went from a fully loaded 650, to a 1050. You're right, You gotta pull the handle on one to really feel the difference.

I sold My XL650 and conversions and all the extras on Ebay for 100 less then it would all cost to buy it new straight from Dillon. I inventoried everything, priced it on Dillons site, knocked a 100 of that, and set a buy it now. Some guy bite on it. Rolled all that money into My 1050.

Forward and reverse come after the power into the box.

I'm thinking that this relay should just be cutting power to the box, but I may be wrong.

I'm trying to wire a relay into the power to a PW on My 1050.

I've built a bracket, and installed a limit switch over the Lee de-capping die, so that when it get pushed up, it will shut down the PW.

I went to the local electronic supply shop, and they sold Me a NTE R14-11A10-120 relay, with a R95-110 8 pin mini socket base.

I tried linking to them, but get stuck trying to post it.

It lists poles 7 and 8 as coil, 5 and 6 as common, 4 and 3 as normally open, and 1 and 2 as normally closed.

I currently have it wired with the hot/black wires to 7 and 8. White/common to 5 and 6. and the microswitch wired as a normally closed switch to 1 and 2.

When I plug it in, the red rocker switch light come on, and if I lift the MS, it goes off. However if I toggle the direction switch to FWD or Reverse, the relay just buzzes.

I've searched till My eyes are bleeding, but cannot semm the find exactly what I want, any help greatly appreciated .

I knew there are several inventors on here, and I saw where on Guy has actually done this mod, that's where I stole the idea.

Try tapping it back down gently with a punch, or, if You wiggle the shell plate, will it pop back down?

Might be that the shellplate has it pinched, I'd check Your primer punch spring as well.

I just upgraded to a 1050 from a 650. On press swaging and priming on the downstroke are worth a lot to me, but the adjustable primer depth is awesome as well. Plus, if You've ever pulled the handle on a 1050, You don't know what You're missing.

If You can swing it, 1050 with mr. bulletfeeder all day long.

It's His business, and He gets to make the rules, that I understand. But, I'd think He could make a fair bit of money selling the kits.

I need to spend more time with the PW. I bought it lightly used off Ebay, somebody had monkeyed with the link arm, wayyyy out of adjustment. I got it centered up, then stroking pretty good, but it is cyclical in making contact with the down stop. About every 4th revolution it hits the down stop hard, then lighter, lighter, harder. I'm thinking My link arm may be geometrically whacked, need to see if there is a factory setting for a baseline. It works great for decapping brass, but was not consistent with the swage, haven't even tried to load with it. That is not really My plan for now, hand cycle for loading, PW for processing.

I found the post by BajaDude, some stuff there I will need to try this weekend.

I just contacted Craig, he will not sell the parts to Anyone, the only way to get His setup is by sending Your press in.

Are there any other companies that make and sell a rotary style clutch set up similar to that design? I really would like to do this conversion, but want to supply My own motor, VFD,PLC. Building the mount is no problem, I have a 900 RPM PW, but the more I learn about the rotary with variable speed, the more I feel that it is the way to go.

[GSI bullet feeder]

Well, after talking to the People at GSI, I am ordering a Mr Bullet feeder. The GSI .223 unit cannot be converted to any other caliber. If I wanted to convert to pistol, I would have to buy a whole other feeder, then buy the conversions at twice the price of the MR Bulletfeeder.

Hello All, FNG here,

I mostly hang out over in the AR-15 reloading forum.

I'm looking into the GSI bullet feeder, I have a problem with my hands, so loading .22 FMJ BT's is a little tough on my fingers. I really like using the powder check die, hence my preference to the GSI.

I have read a lot about the Mr Bullet feeder as well, and may end up going with that and foregoing the PC station in the end.

My main question is, will GSI load BT's? From what I can gather it is only for flat bullets, I need to call them, I guess

I load mostly rifle, the little pistol I load I can handle for now, maybe later I will add a caliber change or two.
