  1. Has any tried out the new truncated cone from blue bullets?

I am curious as someone mentioned the TC shape helps with ensuring no nose dives since oal can be shorter.

I am still very much new to reloading so want d to ask as I placed a sampler pack order for fun.

  2. I agree it looks alot like the briley, but those did not look like serrations. I will check with my match director and get his take but this seems awfully silly if clear consensus cannot be gathered from reading the rules.

The question is are these slide serrations or something else?

8.2.2.3 ESP Excluded Features and Modifications (Non-Inclusive list):

    A. Removal of material from the exterior of the slide other than front cocking serrations, tri-top, engraving, carry melts, and high power cuts.

  3. Out of curiosity, would slide serrations like Gan's Customs and some others be legal if they are only at the location of front and rear serrations go.  I would understand that the Onces mentioned earlier may not be legal as they look to be just removed material.  Something like below?

  5. I just upgraded from a Lee turret to a 550b and it has been great. I debated going with a SDB, but the lure of other calibers was too much. I just ordered a 223 kit to try it out as well. From what I have seen the resale is good so if you do not like it you do not loose too much.

I have heard good things about the Hornady LnL as well, but will let others comment on that.
