Unfortunatlly Dawson don't ship to New Zealand so I'm limited to what Speedshooters or Brownells have in stock

Hmmm maybe I should have gone to the .150T at least the .160 will give me a few more threads in for safety.

The problems I am having with the sights on my SVI go back a while, first being a custom front dovetail that is nowhere near a standard STI/SVI and even a little to big for a Kimber/Novak. Anyway I have now fitted a 0.175T Brazos and its in and solid.
The main issue is the elevation in the rear sight. As you can see by the photos I have none left before the screw is dangerously close to last threads and therefore likely to fall out in a comp. I could also do with even more clicks....... Has anyone got any suggestions of a sight combo or other ideas on how I can get the rear sight down to a safe level giving me adjustment? I could get the 0.200T but I'm not sure it will make enough difference?

45 case here no problems after that, only had the sticking issue in the first place due to the rod being slightly bent.

Have asked and read up heaps on the possibility of that. The only way is to purchase something that will produce a split screen they are about $40. Haven't seen anything that would let you have a windowed option.
That's why I just ended up using a selector as realistically the powder fill is the main video you need constantly as worst case you will see / hear the case feeder when it's empty.

I am happy to produce a more detailed instructions, will take a couple of days but will show the process -
Ok,
Links attached to the parts. Some parts I had lying around such as the aluminium I used to make the LCD mount (very low tech). I also had standard RCA cords left over from various cameras and consoles.
Camera 1. This has zoom so can get a better picture
Camera 2.
Screen
Power supply. This was the biggest hassle ended up getting two one for the cameras and one for the LCD
Power Supply, 1.5a for cameras and 2.5a for screen
You will need a power splitter cord for the camera power
And finally the RCA Splitter - Use this to select between the two cameras, or just pull out and plug in the different RCA
Your local electronics store will be good just to get the few $1 connectors etc you will need to finish it off. I can post up more photos if required?
Although its all 12v if your not confident in what you are doing please use a person experienced in electrics or other man cave experiments.

Had an idea I'm sure I'm not the first but I have managed to install 2 cameras and a LCD on the Dillon 650, looks perfectly into case to check powder fill, and the other one checks my case quantity remaining.
Just the wiring to make tidy and I'll be done. All up cost me about $50

This is the response from the DDTC just in case everyone wanted to know.
Virtually all firearms parts are on the U.S. Munitions List (USML) and their export is controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Non-U.S. persons are not permitted to hand-carry controlled items out of the United States, and most exports would require a license. There is a licensing exemption in ITAR Part 123.17(a)(1) for transactions involving some firearms parts with a total value of under $100:
§123.17 Exports of firearms, ammunition, and personal protective gear.
(a) Port Directors of U.S. Customs and Border Protection shall permit the export without a license of:
(1) Parts and components for USML Category I(a) firearms, except barrels, cylinders, receivers (frames), or complete breech mechanisms, when the total value does not exceed $100 wholesale in any transaction
In other words, a U.S. firearms dealer could sell you up to $100-worth of certain parts and ship them to you. For any transaction above $100, the dealer would need to obtain an export license.
Accessories that do not enhance the usefulness, effectiveness, or capabilities of the firearm (e.g., belts, slings, after-market rubber grips, cleaning kits) are not ITAR-controlled, nor are ordinary hunting scopes that were not manufactured to military specs.

Firstly thank you in advance for any answers to my questions.
I'm a IPSC shooter from New Zealand and I have managed to get on a work jaunt to Las Vegas from the 31st Jan to 7th Feb 2016. My question to those in the know is are there any competitions, clubs or other pistol shooting events on in the area at that time that I can be a spectator at? If not what would the locals recommend in the way of ranges or gun stores to visit?
My other question is I'm struggling to work out the export restrictions from the US back to NZ. I would like to purchase a few parts and accessories while I'm there but I am confused as to if the $100 value restriction applies to personal purchases taken back in my luggage or is it just for stores exporting? I will have all the appropriate NZ import permits so the problems will not be at this end.
Any help on the above would be appreciated.
