I'm currently shooting a 9mm M&P, and wanting to go to a 5" .40 if I find the right deal. I really like the feel of the gun and I have gotten pretty decent with it compared to shooting other guns with the exception of my 1911. Out of the Plastic guns I have shot, the M&P is my favorite. I think it comes down to sponsors and people shooting what they are getting for free for the most part.
I have a standard size 40 for sale in the classifieds for a killer deal!

I see no problems with those spreads. To get tighter tolerances you would have to weigh each bullet, trim all matching head stamp brass to the same length, and hand weigh each load. But that would take way to much time for the marginal increase in accuracy. What I do is I'll dial in a charge weight, cycle about 10 charges while dumping them back into the powder hopper, then load 13 rounds for each weight of powder in testing. I load 13 so I can drop 2 extreme variences and have an extra for just in case.

I'm with Brisix, you already have a great platform with the sp01. And you've done work to the glock with all the internal mods you've done. The CZs really aren't that hard to work on yourself either. Just order a comp hammer, sights, and spings from either CZC or Cajun and you'll be set.

You could also do agility drills from different sports. Ladder drills come to mind or just simple sprints moving backward and forward focusing on keeping your upper body "still/relaxed" should also help.

I did both the epoxy and grip tape. I have jb weld and SC 120 grit on the plastic grips and 3m deck tape on the front and back strap.

If they didn't come with them from LA police gear then these are what you need. They make short and long clips so order for you needs. Also when attaching your suppose to weave the clip through the molle webbing and not just slide the clip behind all the webbing.

I would go with 5 mags. For most stages I get away with 4, but having a 5th allows you to plan an extra reload if need be and if you struggle on a plate rack or texas star gives you a round count cushion

I'm 6'5" and have been know to do crazy things just for the hell of it. So it was my call sign overseas. One of the crazy things I've been know to do was drank a jar of spicy pickled bologna juice then ran a land nav course with bubble guts!

A swift punch in the mouth will get them to shut-up. No but really I would first tell them, " hey man quit being an a**hat" if that doesn't work see if the ro will kick him to another squad.

In theory I would think that the slide mounted optics would be slower to acquire after a shot has been fired. The fact that the slide dot moves back with the slide and also up and down with the recoil of the gun while the cmore style is just how much can you manage the recoil of the gun.

You could check out the galco double time holster. It's both a IWB and OWB by just swapping out the belt clips. I'm pretty sure they make one for the pro model, but I just have the standard fill size so not 100%.

First I would try the tension screws on the side, and as others have said add thicker spacers if need be. If that doesn't fix it then with the pistol holstered use a blow dryer to heat up the holster and draw the pistol from it a couple of times.

I vote any martial arts. Personally I do Muay Thai and bjj. Both are great for working grip strength, hand eye coordination, and cardio (unfortunately I've seen a couple of not so active guys get winded from just walking between stages).

For me right now as an unranked shooter and my first year with USPSA my goals are as follows;
1. Have fun and try to make at least 1 match a month.
2. Form a solid stage plan and stick with it.
3. Don't get buzzer brain/and or classifier chills, and be consistent the whole match( when I shoot normal stages I tend to get 65-80% of the stage winner, but classifiers I'm down in the 25-40%.)
4. Watch the sights every shot. (I will catch myself going back and forth between target and sight focus)
5. Get ranked and try to make a major match next year.

Picked up a rusty and rough CZ-75 BD today as a project gun. I think it's time to strip off the poly coat and try some of Great Grandad's Colt Royal Blue hot salts on this thing.
I'm liking it already, makes me want to look around for another beater to play around with!

I didn't know NYC shoot uspsa that's awesome, may have to get to a tormach open house of his! I did very much enjoy the M&P 22 silenced sbr series. Also watching his videos really is what drive me to start the path in on for the Advanced Manufacturing Technology degree in currently pursuing.

+1 for fusion as well. Also watch NYCCNC on YouTube. He's got good videos on using the fusions CAM package! I'm actually using fusion right now to prototype a set of clip-ons and riser for my Yamaha FZ-09. Also modeled up some base pads for my CZ 75

Another thing to keep in mind is how you run the stage (think stage planning). In uspsa you don't have to worry about "cover". Try to get in the mind set of shooting the targets that lets you for through the stage not necessarily shoot them as you see them first.

I didn't have any problem removing mine when I first got it so I could get a good deep clean on the gun, but then again mines a 1992 transitional
