I run 200 Gn 800 7.1 @ 1.20 makes major so easy. Loading under spec is ok IMO. I do it with longshot in my 40.

I knock it out while in my single stage press after I pull the guts out. Can't remember if I used an empty case with a drift or just a drift punch. I've knocked several different size fcd rings out. Takes a pretty good rap. I have used just a drift but ya will have to dress it up with a round file if it gets a burr.

I knocked the ring out of the bottom of my fcd over 5000 rounds ago. My plated and coated bullet accuracy went up without affecting reliability. It's a modified taper die that won't collapse the case. The case length variance of mixed brass makes it better than an older style taper crimp die. Just my experience. Best wishes. Btw I knocked the bottom ring out of my 9,40, and 45acp. I have extra fcd for bulge busting.

A tenth either way. Works for what I load for in competition.

800 meters outstanding for me. Much more consistent than 700 any day. Lee auto disk.

I lube with one shot. Good stuff. Just me.

800 meters like a charm thru my auto disk. 7.2. No complaints at all.

No groove gives more bearing area. Less than 25 ft distance prob won't matter in accuracy. I prefer non grooved coated over lead with lube now. I practice at least 25 yds.
Just me.

Really. I'm looking at a new major load with 45 and autocomp. Not what I wanted to hear. Guess I will see how it goes.A buddy shot autocomp in 9mm minor. It wasnt very clean and I would guess what you are seeing is normal with lower pressure loads and Autocomp.
(it was really bad in .45 acp)

I shoot a 125 coated sns cast bullet. Medium load of power pistol and shoot extremely accurate with speed. But after shooting 40 major for so long it's like tiny recoil for me. New shooter try the 40 with flinch from my experience but pick up this 9 load and hit on target with much ease and confidence. I load at 1.080.

Didn't realize it was for compensated. I thought from the label it stated competition. It runs great thru my stock 17 and 23 making major.

If I don't maintain a certain degree of front sight focus I shoot less As. That's just me. We incorporate cardboard, steel plates, and poppers in our matches. I can't just throw it up and shoot with consistency....yet.

Let me ask this. If ya fall down but control the muzzle down range can you get up and keep going? I have not seen this scenario. Just asking. Thx

Slow down and focus on the front sight. Check our grip and make sure your trigger control is smooth. Just suggestions.
