I had the 8 and switched to the 2. I thought the 8 was a little big for precision shots with tight hard cover or no shoots. We'll see how it works. First time running the 2 this weekend. It zeroed like a monster. 10 shots in a 1" circle at 15 yards.

Update. The 2moa dot was a complete failure in bright sunlight. Couldn't see the dot the whole match and basically point shot the entire thing. Went home put the 8 back on re-zeroed and won PCC at another match on Sunday.

  2. Good luck at the TTI match this weekend. I had to withdraw due to work. I did receive the +.5 script glasses. Seem much better in dry fire. Will try them out in a couple of local matches this weekend. Thanks again for the tip. I never would have known you could go lower than +1.

  3. This is something I definately need to try. I've been using a +1 in my Right (dominant) eye and no script in my left. I didn't even know you could get +.5. I think as you are doing if I drop to a +.5 in both eyes it might help my old eyes out with adjustment and transitioning from medium to far targets. Ill be following your progress on this one.

  4. Bought 5k and was having problems with the first 1k till I noticed the plate on my Dillon where you slide the case onto the shell plate had come lose and the screw that had backed out was keeping my primers from seating all of the way. Once I fixed this the last 4k ran with no problems at all. If you seat them well they will work perfectly.

  5. Check if it is the same headstamp on the brass. My 550 loads primers sideways when I load Federal NT 40 S&W brass. I now look at the headstamp of every piece of brass as I load it and throw out the Federal NT brass and do not have the problem anymore. You might have a similar problem with a particular brand of 9mm.Took a long time to figure it out. Worth a look.
