The recoil will suprise you. Not harsh at all and I'm 71.

[Help with SR4756 124gr JHP]

I had trouble with the gun cycling when i used 5.4 gr. of 4756 so i went to my old data and now use 5.8 grs. and it works great. I shoot a Star Ultrastar 9mm and a Kahr CW9 in 9mm. I have been using 124 gr. Ranier Flat point plated bullets for years.
