One thing that has helped me with either strong or weak hand that i haven't seen mentioned is to make a fist with the other hand and pull it up into your opposite chest and keep tension on it. It seems to create a girdle of muscles between both arms and your chest that help to keep the gun steady. And you don't have the other arm just hanging/swinging around like a counterweight.
Very solid tip. While gripping with both hands and going out to extension, you create good muscle tension across your chest, back, and core. Getting your hand up and tensing your core helps re-create much of that lost tension.

I am still fairly new to the sport, and only my 2nd match shot with an STI. I was slow on my off-hand shots, but luckily accurate. Almost a solid B classification.

Loading like this is out dated. I'm working on a system with a backpack mounted Dillon case feeder... A tube running down your arm that deposits fresh rounds to the palm of you hand. No more wasted time and motion going to your caddies.
The problem is the extension cord keeps getting tangled on the props.
Just work on making disintigrating belt clips for 12 ga. and slap on one of these...
Any p226 models good for USPSA competition?

Ouch, that magwell grip will keep it from being on the production list, but does the 226 have it? From the SIG Legion site it really only looks like the 229 has grips that extend down past the frame. Here's hoping, I have my 226 with the intermediate trigger and SRT that I would love to use, and I would also pull that reduced slide stop lever over as well.
