Today I had my second case blow out. Now I can't get the casing out of the chamber. I think it has something to do with the gap between the bolt and barrel and it not completely supporting the casing

I'm I the only one getting case blow outs? It's already my second one. I think it has some thing to do with the amount of casing that sticks out of the chamber.

Its normal for PSA barrels. I have two and both require I load short. My main load is 147 gr RN plated bullets at 1.085: OAL. My practice load is 125 gr RN coated bullets that I can run to 1.100" Anything longer on either load and they fail the plunk test.
Bill
Thanks Bill for the clarification

I have a PSA upper but it seems to not like normal lengths. My regular loads are 1.130, I tried 1.120 and it's still catches the rifling. It's hard to cycle the chambered round. Anyone else had this issue?

Ive fixed the problem with the mag not loading smoothly. Took off the mag release and beveled it a bit. Also I removed 1 coil from the spring.

do you think using rifle primers would reduce unburnt powder

hello new to PCC, i have a PSA i ran it for the first time yesterday. i had some failure to load but not failure to extract or eject. is this an issue that may go away with more breaking-in or should i do what you guys are saying and put in a .223 spring

Anyone with a PSA glock style lower use a magwell, if so what brand??
Also my mag is really tight entering the well. Anyone tried sanding the inside of the well down a little bit? or other options becaus it seems i can load or reload fast enough for a match.

cool thanks guys

i see almost all of you are providing minor type recipes. Has anyone tried and Major type loads maybe to avoid any cycling issues or more gas for the comp???

My friend just bought a 6mm creedmoor and i was helping him with info on reloading. I didnt find much. anyone know about dies we can use to reload?

One thing is making power factor which is easy. But I want to know of anyone that has a good load that runs the flattest possible.

Yes the Magwell rides up too high on the gun and the inserts don't allow you to mount it correctly.

I did both since I've read it happens to almost everyone.
