  1. I have a Galco Ankle Glove for 5 shot 357 and it works great. The weight is noticeable but I got used to it. Got one for a G26 now that should carry a little better. Think I'll get rid of the revolver holster after I try the Glock one.

OK, I swapped a G17 OEM barrel into one of my G31's.  9mm barrel OD is .570", .357SIG barrel OD is .587". 9mm breech tab is .390" and the .357SIG tab is .425"   Guess it would work, but if it doesn't adversely affect function or accuracy, why do so many companies make conversion barrels?

That's what I was thinking, seems to work but for serious use (competition or fighting) it's probably worth just getting a true conversion barrel. Didn't know those existed prior to this, time to sell my spare barrels and get a conversion I guess.

  3. I have a Mac Mini and it's a great little computer. The main plus is that I can pick my monitor since I don't want a huge glossy monitor, don't like the reflections.

For your use a base Mac mini will probably be the best choice since you don't really need the quad core processor that the iMac comes with.

iMac starts at 1300 and the Mini at 600 + 300 for a decent monitor.

The iMac is self contained so it has a smaller footprint but I mount my Mini on the wall so it doesn't clutter my desk, it can also be mounted behind your desk, that thing is tiny.

You really can't go wrong either way but the Mini will meet your needs very well and the price is better.
