You may already be doing this but if your not... after you set your powder die up and before you tighten the powder die lock ring make sure you have a case in the sizing station and raise the ram so you have a case in the powder die and the size die. Then tighten the powder die lock ring. This may help center your powder die in relation to the size die. Hope that makes sense.

Well you may need an alignment but if it is only happening with that shellplate I would suspect the plate. The underside may just need a good cleaning.

Posted this on the Dillon forum but there seems to be more activity here:
I have read several posts about using 2 washers and the large pistol plate in the case feeder for 300 blackout. Am I understanding correctly to use 2 of the thick washers like the one that comes with the case feeder? The lower part of the clutch where the washer sits fits inside the hole of the plate. There is just enough length with 1 washer to still go inside the plate hole. If 2 washers are used the clutch no longer fits inside the plate hole and you are basically pinching the plate between the clutch assembly. Is this is how everyone using this method is doing it? It seems with it set up this way if the clutch is engaged the plate could actually go eccentric. Anyone have a problem with this?

Have you tried another shell plate? If the ball detents are out of time with the case openings it won't matter how much adjusting you do.

You can use the powder funnel and locator pins from the 9mm but you will need a #3 shellplate.
