I've shot the Cup the last two years. It takes us about 7 hours to get down there and is worth every second of driving. Frank and his people do an awesome job with the stages.Sanctioned or not I'm sad to say, I have to miss it this year. As Bill said life gets in the way. I've only had time to shoot one match all year.

Would like to hear what caused the rough edge at the front of the hood. The wear on top looks normal but the rough chunking at the leading edge does not.

So what you all are essentially saying is that the guys that can out shoot everyone here with both hands tied behind their back, while hoping up and down on one foot and blindfolded cheated ? Is that what you saying ?
Not at all. Its not cheating if the SO's are treating everyone the same. As I said I just found it interesting I could see holsters and mag holders hanging below several vests.
These shooters are way more talented than I'll ever be.
I do think the Rules should be enforced more. Not only at major matches but at Club levels as well.

I just found it amusing . In my Head a rule is a Rule. If you like it or not you should follow it. With out basic principles and honesty you are nothing in my IMHO.

So I was watching the in door nationals on the outdoor channel tonight and noticed, many big name shooter were wearing vests that didn't cover their gear with their hands at their sides. What's up with that?

The HAP is a .356 dia slug with a thicker jacket so im told by Hornady. I'm not an engineer but a larger dia. bullet is going to produce more resistance going down the barrel increasing pressure . the Sierras are .355 . Compair other data with jacketed .356 bullets and see what you come up with.

You are half a grain too light on charge. 4.2 - 4.3 is about right for 124 with 320
I agree with Sarge.
I just checked my test data for my 5" Pro. 4.0gr Up to 4.3gr of VVN320 is what I've used with several different 124gr bullets . if I were you I would get a chrono and start again increasing your powder charge .1 of a grain at a time.

Well here it is. Full size M&P 45. With SSS magwell and base pads, custom baçkstrap by me, Apex polymer forward set trigger, polished feed ramp & chamber mouth. Still need to decide on sights. Gonna give her a test run tomorrow with the factory white dots.

Well I have a new full-size 45 M&P in the vault tonight thanks to my loving wife. Now to get all the goodies ordered for it.
Trigger, sights, magwell, basepads and some light stippling to the back strap.
What magwell would you all suggest?

What would your pick be for CDP between A Glock G41 and a M&P full size and why.
My wife wants to buy me one for Christmas but I can't decide which one I want. I love that Woman.
BTW my current CDP pistol it a mid size M&P . I love it for everything but longer shots.

Has any one ever taken this class. Looks to be a good time and very educational. 500round should be enough to warm the barrel up. Just curious if anyone has any feed back on his training.

Use any good lube and run that baby. She will smooth out and be just fine. The new springs are noisy just the nature of the beast.
