  1. Sry fire has helped me immensely. For best results you need to balance dry fire with live fire. Bad habits can be created in dry fire, but can be identified with live fire. If going long periods without live fire you can burn in some bad habits that will take some time to correct. I know from experience.

  2. I set up small 8-12 round stages, run it and write down all times between positions. Then work on speed firing 1 shot from position 1 then sprinting to position 2 and firing 1 shot. See how much time you can cut. I would think I was really sprinting, but found out doing this drill in hat I was not.

  3. Best advice I got was from a gunsmith at STI. When asked what weight to use for my 9mm Trojan, he said to get several different weight springs and practice my double taps to see which one I get the best results from. He said this is the best way because every shooter,spring & gun combination will be a bit different. Worked well for me. Bought a Wolff spring pack and headed to the range.
