Let us know whats up with the BBD!!!!!

    Dean

Lee my intent was to call or email all the people that I have received entries for, but just to be sure could you send me another check because the first one is already spent :roflol:

sorry folks, but my best buddy the BBD has been very sick the last few months and my attention has been towards finding out what the problem is, we have done a battery of tests and the last one actually seems to have given us a answer, sometimes I think he just likes spending my money!!! :roflol:

Lee you are in and accounted for, I am at work now and the entries are at home so I'll call or email everyone tomorrow. I just remember Lee's name, also Brian P you're good as well.

  2. Dave,

Those are some awesome photos. What kind of program is that you used to do the slide show?

I know what some of you mean about stupid people getting to close to the wild animals. Watched a guy this spring almost corner himself next to a tree while tiring to pet an Elk. My brother has some good stories about tourist’s who can’t under stand english while working as a ranger in the Tetons.

  3. The wife and I were up in Yellowstone a few years ago in the spring and the little ones are all over the place. While there we got lucky and saw a Wolf in the Tetons crossing the inner road. As for places to stay in the park you might try Mammoth Lodge on the north end of the park. As for The Old Faithful lodge it doesn't open until first of July and still good luck at getting in when i tried to get in I was told it was booked for the next 2 years. We ended staying in Jackson a few night and West Yellowstone for one night. If you stay in West Yellowstone be prepared to pay high hotel prices. In Jackson the prices aren't to bad if you do some calling around. As for wild life just about any place you go you will see something. We saw Elk, Moose, a few Deer, Antelope, Big Horn Sheep and even a few black bears all from the road. If you really want to see to Wolf's in Yellowstone you might have to spend some time hiking in the Tower Falls area that is the area where the first pack was released back into Yellowstone.

Hope this gives you some more info.
