i liked that there was not an expencive piece of equiptment involved in p90. plus a cowoker burned the cd from a friend so it was free. the ab ripper can be a real ass kicker. after a few weeks i was pretty tired of tony though. a ballanced diet, "i highly recomend it". (p90 inside joke)

[How to Change Diet]

dont buy food you shouldnt eat. if it's not in the fridge or pantry it's more difficult to eat crappy food at home. you may still cave in to the junk when you're out and about, but it's a start.

hi. just started to shoot pistol and reload. i have some help from a knowledgable family member. looking to get into action pistol stuff and slowly transition to long distance rifle. im taking the required clinic for new idpa shooters in a few weeks. i guess the spots fill fast. im shooting a stock xd40 service.

anyway, great forum lots of good info.
