[.40 minor MG 155 JHP using clays]

Anyone have a recommended powder charge for .40 minor using 155gr Montana gold jhp and clays powder loaded long for an STI edge.

Currently using a 180gr MG JHP with 3.1gr of clays behind it. Really soft recoil out of my edge but slide seems to be real slow, thinking about switching to a 155gr. Would pushing a 155gr faster give me about the same recoil but speed up the slide cycle?

On stages with a shotgun that is staged with an empty chamber what can the tube be loaded to in Tac Ops, 8 or 9? Stage description states "loaded to division magazine capacity"
