Nicely done! I was 8th in B class revolver many years ago. However, I'm certain there's a lot more competition in PCC than there was in revolver back when dinosaurs ruled the earth.

Shoot the stage. Pick up brass, tape targets, have fun, move on to the next stage.

But the RO must have been the one directing that shooting into the berm be the course of action. If a shooter is trying to "If finished, ULSC" but chooses on his own to shoot into the berm and THEN unload and show clear, then the shot should be on the clock. TravisNC wasn't clear with that detail of his query.
True that. If the shooter chose to unload and show clear by firing the last round it's on the clock. If the RO directed the shooter to clear the malfunction by firing into the berm. Off the clock.

And you didn't have to carry that gun and magazines any more for the day. Been there, done that. Will probably happen again if you keep playing the game and push the envelope.

My buddy just bought a stainless steel tumbler setup. I may never use walnut or corncob again! That thing is amazing. 2 hours, clean inside and out plus pristine, clean primer pockets.

I have one of each. 8" SBR blackout with a can and a 9mm SBR 5.5" set up for a can that's still waiting on my stamp. The blackout runs better. The 9 is magazine finicky. The blackout is silly quiet with 220 grain leather head bullets over 10.4 of 1680.

Finally was able to run PCC today. Here's a stage at the first match with my G17 SBR
This stage, the designer thought he'd gotten everyone with forcing a mag change, due to round limitation. Total round required was 36. Then here I come with a Glock 33-round mag and Dawson extended pad for a total of 37 rounds. LOL

I also shoot a SBR with a false suppressor. Using the real can on a pistol.I just got my tax stamp yesterday after 21 weeks. I'm going to put it to use at the earliest PCC opportunity.

I'm going to need a fake can or some kind of barrel extension as I don't expect my Form 4 for my can to be approved until December. Also, you can't shoot a can in USPSA PCC as I'm suspecting the timer might work like it's supposed to. Where did you get your fake can if you don't mind me asking?

Looks like a blast. Still another month before I get my tax stamp I'm thinking.

I'm almost finished with my 9mm carbine. I'm going to give it a whirl. Looks like fun.

It happens. Learn from it and shoot some more. Don't let it get in your head and mess with your next string.

I have 7.5 inch blackout with a Gemtech 300-BLK can. Very happy with it. It was closer ton$900 before tax stamp though.

Why open? Wouldn't you just be moved over to Limited for any Production violation? And in my estimation, you're Production legal.

I always fill every station with brass. Then snug down the center bolt so it just rotates freely but tight enough to keep them from wobbling.

Welll.... I was at Area 1 a couple years ago for the Area 1 3-Gun championship. Rifle stage, requiring around 40 rounds. In my infinite wisdom, 2 30 round magazines should be more than adequate. Moving from the first array to the second, moving my trigger finger out of the trigger guard to the MAGAZINE RELEASE, magazine falls out of the rifle, I attempt to catch it, miss, and a magazine with 24 rounds falls to the ground and EXPLODES! The base plate pops off the magazine and the spring shoots 24 .556 rounds all over the ground. My brain screams to me at this point that my second 30 round magazine won't be enough to finish the stage. I press on, shoot my 30 rounds to a slide lock, and leave 4 steel targets Failure to Engage and 4 Misses.
I always carry all the magazines I think I'll need, plus one more. JPF

I tried to jam an AR mag in my Glock 35 in a 3 gun match one time. RO laughed at me.
