[Bayou Bullets 147 grain problems]

I bought 5000 147 since this is my first purchase from Bayou I can't tell if they are light colored or not but yes I'm having the same problem.Been reloding for 20 some years

Does anyone know where I can get a 9 Pro at? None of my local shops or online retailers have one in stock. I have read elsewhere that they won't be available until sometime this fall. I was just wondering if any one you have spotted one lately and would be kind enough to tell me where.

I'm using Bayou 147 with Solo right now,but getting tired of the variations of lote to lote.Before I buy N320, what is your experience with that combination.Thanks

WST. 3.6-3.8 with a 147 @ 1.13 will get you 130-135 pf . clean burning also.

[Very disappointed with Solo 1000]

I have been reloading for more that 25 years, but recently got involved in IDPA so I'm tryinig to developed a load around 130-135 PF using a MG 147. So after much research I try Solo 1000 behind MG 147.

Here are my results

Solo 1000 3.6.Mg 147 oal. 1.130 avg 813.96

Solo 1000 3.6 Mg 147 oal. 1.115 avg 817.57

temp was 78

None of the 2 loads makes factor. Do I'm missing something?

Why is Solo so popular?

Any help will be appreciate.
