[G17 Gen4 Trigger work]

I have tried a bunch of different combinations on my Gen 4 17 I use for USPSA Production and finally purchased a Vanek Classic drop in for the Gen 4... I cannot believe how nice this trigger is and kick myself for waiting this long to get one.

Thumbs way up to the Vanek Classic drop in trigger!! Easy to install yourself and feels great.

Got it...I am fairly handy. I put the Vanek Trigger in and switched out the striker and striker spring. I have a vise, needle files to trim down rear sight, etc.

I was speaking with a fellow shooter last night at a local match and he was telling me how simple it was to install Dawson Precision fiber optic front and adjustable rear. He said that Dawson ships the sights with a nylon punch for the rear sight and the nut driver to install the front sight. He said he installed to sets on both his G35 and G35 in under 30 minutes.

Has anybody done this themselves and is this truly the case?

Gen 4 G35 Magazines with Arredondo +5 extensions give me 20 reliable rounds in all 5 of my mags. I use them in USPSA Limited major and they have been 100% reliable. Use a top off mag and you have 21 rounds when the course of fire starts. The only thing that you have to pay a little more attention to is making sure you slam the mag in good during reloads...the 20 rounds in the mag make it a little tight.

Try this, you have to use the drop down box to get the option for the Gen 4 Magwell.

Looking for a Dawson Ice magwell for my G35 Gen 4. I wanted to make sure that this magwell will work on the Gen 4s.

I am also looking for a drop in trigger, I emailed Charlie Vanek and he only offers two drop in trigger assemblies for the Gen 4 Glocks...the Classic Trigger Kit and the GSSF Trigger Kit. The other trigger I am looking at is the ZEV Tech Fulcrum Trigger Ultimate. I will be shooting USPSA Limited Major with this gun.
