  1. The XD's have the toughest finish going for a factory gun right now. Kydex is not going to hurt it.

Tell that to my carry gun. My xdm isn't quite silver, but I can see where the finish is wearing off.

I use a gcode for now...looking to get a bladetech doh

I have and love the g code. For the price ( almost half, shipped, than a blade tech or comptac ) you can't beat it. My 4.5 .45 is what I originally bought it for and just by chance, since the frames are the same, my 5.25 9mm fits perfect with just a quarter inch of muzzle dipping below the holster.

I would like to see this pistol holstered. I have used g code for my late glock and I think it is a fantastic product.

  2. This thread just cost me money.

Which one did you get. I tried both today live firing and they both are a huge improvement. Very hard to tell differenc

I got the PRP. I figure that way I have little down time. The youtube videos make install easy.

  3. I am 41, I thought about racing in my age group but I am terrified of crashing and busting up my body. I have two girls to care for and an business to run. My bike is still one of the best purchases I have made.

  4. The best feeling is that none of my pants fit. I am pretty close to my ideal weight, and my blood pressure/chemistry is good. Yep, cycling can make shooting lo0k inexpensive. I never looked at it this way. Lets get some pics going. Her is my Felt AR2...

  5. I got my 550 last week. I always looked at reloading like a black art. It is not. Pretty easy actually. The hardest part of reloading is getting the tools and components. The process is simple. My 550 took about 2 hours to set up from opening the box to pulling the lever. Just get one and see...

  6. I have been eyeballing these for a few years and have been wishy washy about "pulling the trigger". Every time I get close, something happens to change my mind. It's hard to buy something sight unseen. I have read about the workmanship being second to none but I have never handled one. So I figure I will get my feet wet with this one. If its really that good, than I will order a few more. One for every day of the week?

  7. I recommend omega 3 for all my patients. I don't do joints for a living. I am an eye guy. But omega 3 is good for pretty much everything. Along with being an antioxidant, it is good for the skin, heart, cholesterol, joints, etc. Pretty much good for everything from the rooter to the tooter. I also recommend somewhere form 3000-4000 mg/day. It's inexpensive and you can get it anywhere. The brand does not matter much. Although I like the Mega Red. Check with your primary care MD first.

  8. I am just curious if there are any fellow cyclists out there. I picked this up a few years ago and it has been one of the best things I have soon to stay fit. When I go out, I try to do 20 miles or so and I try to do this 5 times per week. Of course that is only if the weather cooperates. I lost about 44 pounds the first year even though I didn't think I had that much to lose. When i go shoot, i feel lighter on my feet and snappier when I move. Any body else cycle? What is your schedule.

  9. I think a lot of us struggle with the glock. If you stick to it, you will figure it out. It took me about two years of dry fire practice to figure out how not to shoot down and right. As it has been stated before, it's all in the trigger. Perhaps it's the angle of the grip that makes us pull the trigger in an incorrect way.

I wish the answer to your problem was more simple, however you just need more practice. Just start dry firing every day and you will get a grip on it.

  10. I have the rm07 which is the 7 moa model. When I was researching all of this, most people said they struggled with the smaller rm02 dot. It seems like the rifle crowd likes the smaller dot because it is stationary and the larger dot is easier to pick up on a pistol.
