Is it too redneck to suggest bending the sear up a little bit?

Would the extractor on a 10mm slide work fine with a .40 S&W barrel installed?
foo.c, where did you order your barrel from?
I got it from Henning, but it's loose fitting and not working that well. I think I may have an expensive paper weight. Wanna buy it?

I got the medium and kind of wish I got the large. It doesn't feel bad though, just shorter than I thought based off the description.

I have the top screw completely out and it still no workie.
EDIT: It's the easy to get to front screw that got me.

It's not the reset. Trigger won't contact the sear at all. Dead trigger, does nothing.

I got the trigger in and it seems to work ok until the slide is on. The slide is pushing the trigger bow down so that it won't make contact with the sear.
Should I just file the nubs down so that it won't get pushed down as far, or have I screwed something up?

So you can't get the slide stop to engage when you pull the slide back by hand, or this is only when your mag runs dry?
Hand. Haven't tried it shooting yet, but I don't see how that could work either.
I think it stops the slide from its full length of travel. Maybe it needs to shot to squish the buff some?

Put the buff on the rod with the little cut out part facing up, then the spring, then install like normal.
It works, just won't allow for the slide stop to engage.
What Caliper and Recoil spring are you using?
You mean caliber? It's 10mm. Otherwise, I'm not sure what you are asking.
It's the factory spring. Has about 50 rounds on it.

Anyone running this combo? I installed the rod and buff and it kept the slide stop from working. Took the buff out and it works again.
I normally don't run a shock buff, but this is a 10mm and I decided to try it.

I picked this up today. I love it!
I would like to eventually convert this to .40 and dip in the Limited waters. Although I can't help but think a 10mm shooting a 220 gr bullet at just over 800 fps would be like cheating. I guess that could be done in 40 though.

I have an SJC and it's too big. I can hardly get my left hand on the gun at all unless I grab the front of the trigger guard.
Any recommendations? I'm about to give up on the mag well idea.
