Recently purchased a 5" 625-4 with the intention of shooting USPSA (and maybe some ICORE) with it, and it has come time to start handloading for it. I have a few .45 ACP loads for my Sig and XD, but I figure I might as well start fresh and do it right.

Excellent, I think I might have a pound or two of Clays around here somewhere
Is there any particular reward (other than preference in the "feel" of the recoil impulse) to using bullets lighter than the 230's in USPSA?
