Looks like we are about Half full. Still time to get you entry in by October 1 to be entered in the drawing fro the M&P Pro donated by Target Sports of Sheridan IN.
We are having http://canyoncreekcustom.com/ do a full work up on a Springfeild XDm 5.25 that will be up for raffle!!! With what he did for the 1911 at the section match I cant wait to see how this one turns out!!
We are officially 2/3 full with registered competitors. Plus more in the mail and in Daniels hands. I have not been fortunate to get much work done due to the emails and phone calls, about where to get an application, can I squad with so and so, etc. not really.
But as always everyone, well not everyone waits till the last minute after checking with the Wifey on the completion of the Honey do list!

I'm new to USPSA, and I'll only have 6 or so matches under my belt before this event. Can I participate in this match? Everything I have read says it would be a great experience to go to the larger events. Is there any restrictions based on where I live? I'm in Cincinnati, OH.
Thanks!
other than most people from Ohio are a little off, no
It is a level II match so you have to be a USPSA Member
then you just sign up, pick a division and come shoot
Well it's a good thing I just live in Ohio
I'm a USPSA member.
Application is inbound!
Thanks,
^Hawk^
See you in a couple of weeks!

We are pro-actively getting this match organized to make it better than 2011! We have heard nothing but positive feedback from this years match 2011.
I have already had commitments from major sponsors and working on more for a larger prize table in 2012.
This will be a trophy match again however if we continue to get the support we have been receiving we may have a lot more for the winners of each division. YTBD.
This is the application for 2012 for those, who like us plan our year sooner than later. This is just to inform you that it is available, and acceptance will be received and self Squadding will start in May.
Online Squadding is now up at http://www.uspsa.org/squadding/index.php?action=list&indx=229
As soon as you get your application in you will be entered into the WinScore system and will receive and email stating you have been registered for this match.

We have had a change in mailing address for this match. As well we have decided to do match shirts for purchase as last year we had several requests for them. That option has been added also.
-
I got my app filled out and emailed it to Dan Hart. For the shooting day I put STAFF and let him know I am an RO.
Really looking forward to working and shooting this since I missed last year's match.
Chris
Will do Chris! Friend Mongo404. He is the match director and will make all those judgments.

Well. I would like to know what the hell the point was in doing a change sheet is for? Stats had me regisgered at minor. Did the change at registration to MAJOR and was freaking still scored minor. Not getting it! Granted. My fault for not sticking around for final scores. Had a daughter to get to and a 5 hour drive. Oh well.
Bart,
You guys ran a great stage!
Thanks!
-
Those links still show a bunch of scores missing.
Exactly!
-
So who won?
I had to miss this match AGAIN because of work and am vicariously shooting the match through the internet!
Be it fact or fiction. This is the results.
These are not correct, they do not have Sunday scores
Well final scores were published to USPSA.org at 1610. http://www.uspsa.org/uspsa-display-match-results-detail.php?indx=5093

Im glad this could be of use for many. I still refer to it when i have a bad match. Im glad I could share something of use.

JT we fully understand the lack of sleep prior to a match so we will allow him to get the much needed beauty sleep we all need. We will wait for the updates.
Looking forward to next week! Thanks for all your dedication and tenacious work.
-
Dale, on you staff email you sent out regarding schedule of events, room, and stage assignments, "Below is a schedule of events, stage assignments, hotel/room assignments and other information you will need to know for the match" All was there but stage assignments. Has this changed and will assignments be given the day of? I just curious as I like to review the stage I am working and seek the most productive way to make to competitive flow work. My goal is to average 3-4 min per shooter max on a 32 round course of fire.
If you could advise of stage assignments when and if possible! Thanks for all your hard work and look forward to assisting in another successful championship.
-
Are you still looking for RO staff for this match?
Thanks,
Chris
Chris, Thanks for asking. Yes we are seeking staff members for this match. Just fill out the entry and send in. Put staff on it and if you are a CRO / RO / or Scorekeeper.

Jake Martens and the Prize Patrol Posse is killing it this year! Awesome JOB Jake. It is great to see your hard work does not go un-noticed! It is only February and almost 1/3 full on entries. This I think is going to out do last year in my opinion. But that is like a butthole............LOL

If you missed this match last year, you missed a hell of a match. The raves were right there with the Indiana Section match with a lot fewer shooters.
We are starting to get sponsorship for this match all stage or Gold level sponsors
Please note. Decot Sunglasses, Sentry Solutions, Metaloy Industries Inc., Montana Gold, Springfield Armory, and the list continues daily.

Bad names for kids

Of course many of us had parents that were in a generation that didn't have such negative influence and creative thinking the way we did or do. My Grandparents were born before TV and barely had radio.
Of course my Dad was a BS artist and I only took about half of what ever told me with a grain of salt and when I did not believe this story and he actually proved it to me via a High School year book from 1955.
The guys name was "Franklin Hollowpeter" and they all called him (Empty Dick). I guess he legally changed his name after graduation to Williams.
