  1. Do you want to change an "FS" to a "D" configuration?

As I recall, you could put the "D" upper on and take out the sear, and should be good to go with the "FS" hammer. May also want to put a "D" Hammer spring in to lighten up the DA. (Which you can also do in an "FS" to lighten up the DA trigger pull some)

If you want to go the other way ("D" to "FS") I think you'd have to replace the bobbed DA hammer with an "FS" hammer, and add the sear and sear spring. The "D" just has a spacer in place of the sear I believe.

  2. I recently returned my 92F to it's original glory and have a set of 92FS grip, hex head grip screws and a Novak 2 dot rear sight (I believe it is .278") I have no use for. A donation to the sight would be appreciated. I will cover the shipping.

Lee, I could use that sight, let me know if you still have it. I went ahead and made a donation to the forum regardless-

    Thanks,

  3. You can use a Beretta Vertec or Brigadier slide, they come up in the Beretta forum classifieds sometimes, they are both dovetailed front and rear, and you can just swap them, no other modifications needed. Dawson Precision makes a FO front, and there are multiple rear sight choices-
