I have used bullet werks out of Breckenridge myself. Great people to deal with. I have only used cast though.

Holy cow! How many rounds do you send down range each year or maybe I should ask per caliber. I bet you components supplier(s)loves when you order.

believe it or not! Nickle feels a little different than brass. When i was shooting open, I could feel the difference between brass loads and nickle loads. In fact you could load a mag full of mixed brass and nickle and I could tell you if it was nickle or brass being fired, it had a different impulse. For me my timing would get off shooting nickle and then going to brass, seemed as if the nickle cases were feeding alot faster than the brass....I don't know go figure...
That's a pretty interesting analogy. I haven't shot enough nickel to notice the difference.

I had a loadmaster, it was ok if you took your time. Lots of plastic that doesn't take much abuse. Some o f the design is so simple, it makes you wonder why oth people havent used and improved it.

Any luck on your problem?

Mizer nailed it. On the old style it hit the wire. If you have replaced sub plate, rock and roll.

I've had mine several years and never had a problem. Although, I have loaded mostly wheel gun loads on it.

Typical factory sights. Everybody I have talked to says loading the mags is tough. Are yours?

Look at the brinnel hardness. Most hard cast are 16-19. That's plenty hard.

My understanding is brass lasts longer. Nickel is harder, more prone to splits.

A copper or brass brush might work even better. The toothbrush is a good idea.

Anybody tried the newer viper bore snakes? They are supposed to have more cleaning surface. I've only used the originals.

Adl or bdl? Lots of options make the price go up or down a little. Generally, it should be eighth about where the previous poster listed the value as.
