Did you remove the slide stop?
Haha.

Usual answer you'll hear is that these are shot out of let's say a Glock which is an unsupported barrel And the brasses way out of size.
Best to just throw them away.
Good luck,

How about some tape on your finger.
Just a thought.

I have not had this happen to me but I've read that you should file the tip of the decapping to a point. That will help so it does not stay attached.
Let us know how you make out.
Good luck,

NicVerAZ,
You really need to read the manual page 15.
About Powder Bars:
Dillon Precision manufactures four types of powder bars.
1. Extra Small – use for dropping less than 3 grains of powder
2. Small – use for dropping 3 to 20 grains of powder 3. Large – use for dropping 20 to approximately 45 to 50 grains of powder
4. Magnum – use for dropping 50 or more grains of powder
The extra small powder bar is used when loading .32 Auto, .32 S&W and .32 SWL. Both the extra small powder bar and the magnum powder bar are non-standard items and are ordered separately. The large and small powder bar are standard equipment and are included with every reloader.
Good luck,

What are you reloading? Seems like your reloading small primers and you have 2 large pistol primer tubes.
Call the supplier ask to confirm what was sent and see if they can amend.
Good luck,

A mistake is a mistake and I am sure Dillon will fix this but I would really like to hear what they have to say.

I just deprimed and resized 500 of each 40 s&w and 45ACP cases this weekend and I had some cases that did not go right in the resizing die. I did not take the time to see if moving the feeder in or out would fix because it did not happen every time. I like my case feeder and changing calibers is not an issue. I am happy with the case feeder and if I go at a steady pace all is ok.
Hope this helps and good luck.

Rick,
That's awesome. I remember when the FedEx man stopped by my house what a feeling.
Good luck and be safe.

I found this happens to my 550 also, it stops if I go at a smooth steady pace.
Just my experience.
Good luck

Probably if you can't use one or two of the bolts, you can just use the screws to secure the press.
Good luck,

Gents,
Where did you find the the blue knobs that fit the powder knob.
Thank you and happy new year to all.

I have a 550b w/ strong mount and I use a goose neck light made for bbq'ing, battery operated and has 3 magnets on the bottom which I attach to the strong mount and move the light over the case to check powder. I think I got it at Kmart or Target.
It works well.
Good luck,

That looks like a RL550B. Send it in for a tune up. It's like $35 or $40. Let us know how you make out.

Check e-bay. I saw someone selling tool heads that have spacers. I think they are around $50. It's still less expensive than buying new dies etc...
Good luck.

I think that you can only convert from 40 S&W to 357 sig.
Good luck,

I'm not home to take a picture but the cover will only cover the press with a powder measure.
It will not cover the bullet tray or the finished round bin or the strong mount.
Good luck.
