Did some reloading last night. I noticed the same thing when opening

a new box of WSP primers. So...Yes. Atleast mine are the same as in

your picture. Did function test as well. They work fine. All went bang!

You are awesome! Thanks for your response!!

So I tested some loads with 165 grain blues today, and it wasnt as simple as "keep your powder charge the same and just go with the lighter bullet." I knew that wouldnt be the case based on earlier results, at least at this OAL. Perhaps that would be exaggerated at lets say, 1.18 or something around there.

Pretty happy with the n320 at 4.2 grains. For anyone in future searches, here is what I found, of course use load data with caution.

I will follow up when my 155 grain brazzos arrive. Will likely put them over the 4.2 grain charges below and see how that feels. Im venturing a guess and saying I will have to respring the gun to get a good return to zero but we shall see. Gun shot great with the dot today.

I tried a few minor loads with 180s. Didn’t like the feel of it.  I use 140gr acme at 126 ish PF.  Shot out of a 2011, so dropped the recoil spring and hammer spring down. So much better than 180s at similar PF.

I think on the 'old style' frames the width is too narrow to machine for a picatinny rail.  I'd imagine that you could take a blank from EGW (something like:   https://www.egwguns.com/egw-scope-mount-extrusion-drops-gunsmith-action-ipsc  or  https://www.egwguns.com/16-wide-base-unanodized-picatinny-rail-scope-mount  ) and drill holes in your 2011 to attach it.  Another option is Caspian (  https://www.caspianarms.com/productdisplay/recon-light-rail-stainless  ) it's made for a single stack  so not sure if it's  work as the 2011's contour of the dust cover is more flat/wide than the rounded surface of a 1911.

The trouble with attaching a EGW blank will be your holster fit if it hangs too far off the frame.  Maybe talk to EGW and see what they recommend or how much you can cut off of it.

    Awesome response!! Thank you!!

I’m sure that it would be legal, but I doubt that it would be cost-effective. That’s sort of an undertaking would require a gunsmith of some skill quite some time, if you could even get anyone to take the job.  My advice would be to sell that pistol and buy one with the rail.

Easier said than done in the great state of CA. Thanks for your response!

Not high primers. They run in our other PCC's and have never run in consistently in this one.  Why would you not check a batch of ammo when you change components before running them in a match. Not a good time to find out if they work.

Between the 3 of us shooting we have several 9mm STI's that run SRP with no problems, but our Cajunized CZ's will not run them.

I have ran srp's in my Open major 9 without any issues, but have have had many light strikes with Stock 3 and Sp01 using harder cupped primers and srp cups are harder.
